BUT THEN PRISMO GOT PROMOTED AND SCARAB DIDN’T SO THEY HAD A FALLING OUT THAT LASTED LIKE A WEEK IN WHICH SCARAB REALIZED HIS DISLIKE FOR HIMSELF AND DISLIKE FOR BEING ALWAYS SECOND TO PRISMO WAS NEVER EITHER OF THEIR FAULTS AND PRISMO HAS ALWAYS WANTED THE BEST FOR HIM SO THEY MEET AGAIN AND SCARAB APOLOGIZES AND PRISMO CONFESSES FIRST AND SCARAB YELLS AT HIM FOR IT AND PRISMO KISSES HIM FIRST AND SCARAB YELLS AT HIM FOR THAT TOO, BUT THEN THEY DATE EACH OTHER, GET HITCHED, LEAVE THE TOXIC OFFICE ENVIRONMENT, AND START THEIR OWN BUSINESS TOGETHER WHICH THEY LEAVE TO THEIR MOST TRUSTED APPRENTICE WHEN THEY FINALLY RETIRE AND MOVE TO FLORIDA TO EXPERIENCE MANY MORE HAPPY ADVENTURES IN THEIR OLDER YEARS TOGETHER

Dancing Bugs!

it was a revelation upon my watching Adventure Time that Ooo has funky little dancing bugs wandering around! Our big gorgeous beetle should definitely join them!

I find Scarab to be an active, energetic being: I think a dancing with it's a rigorous discipline and choreography to prefect is Scarab's natural hobby. Explains his mismatch with Prismo's parties (yes I know he eventually wasn't invited but i do think some disdain and frustration come on scarab's part first). Can you imagine breaking the atmosphere of a chill house party-- standing room only, everyone balancing delicious snacks and drinks, even the air crowded and still-- to bust a move in front of all your coworkers?

I miss lmk fandom from time to time
