just a preface: i don’t usually write callouts let alone to this magnitude if i didn’t feel it was necessary. i spend a lot of fucking time on my html and i get so hurt when people steal it. if you don’t believe in callouts and you think that i’m creating a massive witch hunt, get 5324957283 miles away from me right now because i do not want you anywhere within my proximity. final note: i’m not encouraging anyone to send this user hate, so i would appreciate it if you did not.

alright, allow me to first apologize by posting this right after new years, honestly i’m a little more than annoyed that someone picked NOW of all times to steal from me after i posted about this exact thing, on december 31st. i want to first redirect you all to this testing blog that i’ve had for a very long time, and i also want to redirect you to this blog that i was supposed to start several months ago. my lovely friend brick made the graphic on the minnie blog, using a sentence i originally wrote exclusively to be used for the minnie blog and her matching counterpart (‘their love was written in the stars’ is my original writing, you most likely will not find it anywhere but on our blogs).

good, now that you have those links and that little bit of info, let’s start, shall we? i’m not putting this under read more because i’m not going to hide anything, i want this to be read and seen in its full glory. the first blog i linked, the one with the hideous url running–from–time, has the theme i was using on dean not even 4 days ago. the entire theme on running–from–time is mine, and again, i was using this theme not even a week ago.

tumblr user firebxnding/offlames is a big fat freaking thief. hey lana, thanks for blocking me – i didn’t even get the option to confront you privately about this.

not that you deserve any civility but i would have tried to start off that way if you gave me room for any other option.

seriously guys, just go to her blog and compare it to the two links i put above. i don’t know what else to say. just in the event the theme is taken down before you have a chance to see it with your own eyes, i screencapped the blog for you.

the theme she’s using is a screwed up version of hollywhood’s original coding as well as mine, there’s no reason her html edits should look just like mine if it wasn’t mine, common sense man.

i didn’t even know about the thievery until my friends newyang and bvrnie saw the blog and confused it for being my html.

anyone with working eyes can see at least the similiarities. i made the navigation link codes myself so why the fuck do you have them, lana???

let’s not even talk about how lana’s theme in its entirety is literally a ripoff of a theme i was using on my blog decadra before i changed the theme and eventually shut the blog down. (the blog was closed today btw c:) here’s a screencap of the testing blog that has the theme i made for decadra in question, if you’re curious.

if, for some reason you don’t believe me, i’ll remove the password so you can see the testing blog yourself. i have a password on it to prevent theft. if you followed my cain, you probably saw this theme on my blog. lana’s theme graphic is also a ripoff of the minnie graphic that’s on the blog i linked at the start.

not to mention, lana thought it would be extra nice to steal my writing for her own sorry excuse of a stolen theme. god knows what else she fucking took from any of my blogs before i closed them all down.

do i honestly need to include more screencaps?? because i can just keep loading this post with more screencaps, but i think i made my point. just go look at the updates tabs (i do not claim ownership of the ORIGINAL tab but i sure as hell made edits to that tab exclusively for my themes, edits you will not see ANYWHERE ELSE), DO I EVEN NEED TO MENTION MY TOOLTIPS (the link descriptions when you hover over links) BECAUSE IF YOU’VE SEEN ANY OF MY HTML AT ALL, YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT THE TOOLTIP STYLE IS EXCLUSIVELY MINE AND I USE IT ON EVERY FUCKING THEME I’VE MADE RECENTLY. but nah lana conveniently enough found my exact tooltip code very easily along with codes that also very conveniently look like mine. because that’s not shady at all.

you literally can just compare the two blogs yourself, i don’t even need to load this post up with screencaps for you to know that obviously someone stole from someone else, and i’ve been using this same html for fuckin’ months so there’s no way i stole from her.

i couldn’t even contact lana directly before she blocked me. the only person i was able to reach was her partner, who had no idea the themes were stolen.

sooooo you steal and to avoid drama, you block the person you stole from so they can’t message you. nice. if you didn’t steal from me, there’d be NO REASON to block me before i even tried to contact you. (i can prove that i never actually got to contact her because she blocked me btw if you’re feeling doubts about any of the claims i’m making here xoxo)

her blog offlames is a ripoff of my oc’s blog, sypherian. just go compare those blogs too i can’t even believe this. how many of my blogs has she been ripping off, seriously.

lana’s actually been ripping me off since she first showed up as an aang rper about a year ago, some of you might recognize the url kxngqi, if you want proof that this blog at least existed and i’m not just pulling shit out of my ass, just run it through the search bar on tumblr. lana threw someone else under the bus for her thievery, who came forward to message me. i blurred out the info to preserve the identity, but i didn’t fabricate these messages.

– this is kind of off-topic but there was a message, sent to one of my friends who was posting about this, that said "I’m pretty sure people with mental illness need to get off the internet because everything offends them.“ and i just wanna fucking give you a newsflash; just because i’m upset about someone, i dunno, STEALING MY HARD WORK, doesn’t mean that i have mental illness?? i’m perfectly fine??? what the fuck is wrong with you, why would you even say that??

IF YOU WORKED HARD FOR SOMETHING AND SOMEONE LITERALLY STEALS YOUR CREATIVITY, ALL THOSE HOURS OF HARD WORK, YOUR MIND ESSENTIALLY, I’M PRETTY SURE YOU’D BE PISSED OFF TOO. i can’t even put in words how angry this made me, i went on call sobbing about it because i never get a fucking break. stop stealing from me, it’s not flattering, it’s not cute, and i want you to leave me the fuck alone.

this makes me not want to make html anymore. this used to be my favorite hobby, i used to love doing it. now i don’t even want to make any themes anymore because someone decided that they were entitled to take my shit without asking me. i get so paranoid, wondering who’s going to steal next and who’s going to make me feel like complete shit. i didn’t need tumblr ruining one of the few things i liked to do for me. i can’t tell you how many times i’ve changed my themes because of how many people stole from me, i’m tired of being nice about it.
