Potocki Palace in Lviv
Potocki Palace one of the most famous palaces in Lviv, built between 1880 and 1890 for Polish count Alfred II Potocki. The project was designed by French architect Louis Dauvergne, which gave the palace its elegant French Neo-Renaissance style, inspired by aristocratic residences of 19th-century France.
The Potocki family was among the wealthiest and most influential noble families in Europe, and the palace became a symbol of power, luxury, and high society life in Lviv. Inside, it featured richly decorated halls with stucco, marble, gilded details, and large crystal chandeliers. The palace hosted balls, official receptions, and gatherings of the aristocracy.
After World War II, the building was nationalized. Over time, it served various state purposes, and today it is part of the Lviv National Art Gallery and functions as a museum open to visitors.
The palace is located at 15 Copernicus Street in Lviv, Ukraine, and is considered one of the most beautiful architectural landmarks of the city.
Hello, my name is Aurevians.
This was my first major project of creating a palace, an attempt to recreate a real-life structure, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to bring it exactly to perfection. From my side, there was also a lot of improvisation.
Probably the most difficult part was recreating the entrance courtyard, since in The Sims there are unfortunately no oval stairs or smooth curved shapes that would allow me to create a proper carriage entrance under the main door. The back side was also challenging, but I managed to handle it.
As for the interior, it was mostly improvisation, and I designed the rooms according to my own taste. Of course, there are a few original rooms, but for now the interior of the palace is not fully complete. Still, I am sharing screenshots with you and showing how a story is beginning to form in my Sims universe.

HOW I MADE IT? - Skanzen Set Pt 6
This set was mainly inspired by Ukrainian folk architecture. I asked you to help me learning more about your culture, and you sent me a lot of interesting resources<3
⚪ Thatched Roof & Carved Gable
I made the already existing (Cottage Living & Island Living) thatched roof swatches Base Game Compatible and double-sided. The gables are actually windows.
⚪ Siding Wall & Corner
The ground floor in this game has this weird shadow, so I had to figure out how to match the corner to it. Finally I was able to find the right kind of gradient, so you won't notice that the end of these logs are not the part of the actual wallpaper.
⚪ Corbels
I made corbels roo, yep.
Happy New Month, everyone :),
Estate Part 2 includes 36 objects, most with a colour palette of 30 tones.
You asked if I could create wooden stairs, and I think it was about time to follow your wish. I played around with the steps and studied Georgian stairs; they look especially nice cantilevered. The railings for my Chateau Set were ornate, while most Georgian Stairs I saw have simpler cast iron railings. This Set includes:
Georgian Doors, Closed, Open and a separate door frame
Georgian Doors, Closed, Open and separate door frame, shorter Proportion
Georgian Double Doors, Open and separate door frame
Arches with Columns
Round Arches
Stairs
Stair Landing Extensions
Functional Railing
Functional Fence
Railing and Fence as Objects
Two Different Chandeliers with two wall heights
Rustic Timber Floor Boards
Parquet Floor, Parquet Floor Trim
The wallpapers shown are coming next month. Since the latest update, the ceilings have looked strange, so I skipped the ceiling paints. I hope the Sims fixes that soon.
This Set is on Early Access, and you can find it here
I hope you enjoy continuing with your estates, and Happy Simming !!!!
Lots of Love,
Felix xxx

[TV-Sims] Victorian London set №1 Boosty Hipolink
I'm trying to recreate the Sainte Chapelle interior you did using your SAINTE CHAPELLE SET, but the vault ceilings aren't working for me, they don't let me place them. Also, I was wondering what wallpaper you used in the build.
Hi!
I hope your recreation is turning out amazing! Thanks for using my CC recolors.
In the case of the vaults, in order to use my recolor you need the original CC of @felixandresims , which you can download for free here!
