cut your own hair, buy breakfast the night before, and actually eat it, don’t hit your own thigh when you’re sad about someone else, your blood wants to be in your veins, buy all the fruit, know that you are loved, find a good sunscreen, love them if you love them, buy a reusable water bottle and put stickers on it, if you cry, fuck the people who say that cucumber slices fixes things, if it makes you sad it’s a waste of time

the thing about everything is that it all gets easier with practice, so be careful what you practice

You know what sucks? Having a breakdown over something you KNOW is stupid. Like it’s still making you feel sick, and beyond upset but you can’t tell anyone because you KNOW its ridiculous and no one will GET it so you just lay there suffering and wanting to cry with no out put or way to fix or work through the feelings.
