That Girl || Dyl & Lot
There was a blush on Charlotte’s cheeks as she and Dylan finished their first shower together. His kisses and the way he washed her gave her butterflies in her stomach. He was always so sweet to her, and she knew that he would take care of her when she needed him. “Yes, yes, let’s get out. I’m getting pruney anyway,” the girl giggled, looking down at her hands. Once the water was off, she stood in the doorway of the shower, watching as Dylan reached for a towel then stopped himself. “Oh my god, I’m drying you off while you still have legs! I can’t believe this is happening!” She laughed before motioning her arms to send wind over his wet body, drying him and his hair in an instant. “All done,” Charlotte beamed before spinning around once to dry herself off, loving how much easier her powers made their lives. Her arms wound tight around his waist as she hugged him from behind, a giant grin on her lips. “I love you, I love you, I love you,” she placed kisses all over his shoulder blade, speaking against his skin between them. After letting go of him, she stepped out of the shower, and took one of his hands into hers, leading him back into the bedroom. “This has been the best anniversary, you know..” Her smile was still on her face as they moved to put on clothes to sleep in. It only took a few seconds of rifling through her suitcase to put on one of Dylan’s t-shirts that she had packed for herself, then a clean pair of panties. Charlotte skipped over to him before bringing her one of her arms around his neck, her hand moving to cup his cheek. Her eyes met his green ones, and if it were possible, her smile would’ve grown even broader. “This past year with you has been the best year of my life.. And I know that I go on rants a lot about how much I love you, but sometimes I just want to let you know in words besides just my actions. You’re such a big part of my life, Dyl, and I love you. That’s never gonna change.”
Dylan followed her back into the hotel bedroom and made his way to his own suitcase. He pulled on a clean pair of boxers and turned back to his girlfriend with a small smile. Charlotte wearing his clothes always made him happy. The way it hung over her small frame showing their size difference and yet still revealing most of her legs. He chuckled as she skipped over to him and immediately wrapped his arms around her waist, slipping them under to rest on her warm skin. Dylan knew this was one of the best weekends of his life already. He couldn't remember a time of being happier despite always feeling this way with the blonde. Her smile made his own widen. He felt his cheeks twitch slightly as they were starting to hurt from smiling so much. His eyes stayed on hers as she spoke, staring at her with such love he never knew he could feel for someone until he met her. He nudged his nose against hers and rubbed her back, "I'm so in love with you, you know that. And you don't have to tell me these things even if I like hearing it..." He gave her a small smirk before chuckling and moving one of his hands up to brush a piece of her hair behind her ear, "You show me enough that you love me just as much as I love you." His hand cupped to her cheek as he pressed a deep kiss to her lips. Dylan's kiss wasn't hurried, it was filled with admiration and care for the girl in his arms. It wasn't long before he pulled back and let go of her, grabbing her hand to pull her towards the bed. Dylan plopped down on his side and opened his arms to her, giving her a grin before letting out a soft yawn. It had been a long day and he knew the trip wasn't even close to over considering they had so much more to see tomorrow. All he wanted was the hold the girl of his dreams in his arm close and fall asleep.
