( I think it’s safe to say at this point, I WON’T be updating this blog anymore, unless Tumblr makes some serious changes. )

( But to everyone who has stayed until then, following along the daily life of my FC Dylan, thank you. Many fun and fond memories were made here, and I enjoyed it, but once again Tumblr just doesn’t feel right to me anymore, so better for me to say I’ll be leaving now than never. )

( No I won’t be deleting the blog, it’ll stay up to serve as an archive. )

( I’m not entirely dead from the internet though, I actually have a couple places I STILL put my art on, if you want to see more of my content!

I’m currently using deviantArt and Twitter, though also considering Newgrounds... we’ll see, I’ll update those sites if I do. )

( But yeah, again, I really thank everyone who has followed me until this moment. )

( Dying on this blog is now a daily habit of mine I guess. )

( But okay, being serious here now. I do want to apologize for the constant unannounced hiatus that always seems to span for a year or so. The reason why is because I keep getting scared off of Tumblr, I’m not going to go into much detail other than it’s my anxiety being mean to me. But, yes, that’s exactly what’s going on. )

( With less people being active too, I have less motivation to come back here, even though I really, really enjoy doing the things that I have done on this blog. Yet when I do see some life poking around, I get happy, and I wanted to be a part of that, but whenever I try I just get reminded of what I’m afraid of, and bolt on out again. So as it stands I don’t have a concrete answer of what I’m actually going to do right now. I’m probably going to think more about it. I just thought I needed to apologize and give an update on why I keep leaving, honestly I should’ve said this years ago, and that was rude of me, and I am really sorry for that. )

( 1. I imagine Dark Star as a giant Dark Matter who carries DMs and Zero through space inside its body, think of like, the Leviathan from Starcraft. )

( 2. All citizens of Dreamland (Dylan has become one recently) are given a Sparkling Star. It both functions as an ID saying you’re a citizen, but it also helps people find food in times of trouble. )

( 3. Gooey originally had a single eye, but that scares people, so he split it into two! (And made himself a mouth) Gooey’s eyes seem to have trouble staying centered… this is due to how hard it is to keep a single eye split. )

Out of my art this is probably my favorite, so far.

What would be their twitter name? What sorts of tweets would they tweet?

He would go with his actual name, but then probably make his username “CoffeeAddictions”, or something like that. He would most likely post memes on there.

What’s their favorite genre of movies? Of music?

Movies I’m not very sure of, probably fantasy adventure. As for music he enjoys classical and pop.

What’s on their top queue on Netflix?

If The Smurfs existed in his world that would be his number one choice.

What’s their favorite scent? Do they smell like that?

Dylan likes the scents of flowers, coffee, and bakery. He also faintly smells like coffee himself.

Apple or Android?

Android, the mascot is cute to him.

Favorite season? Least favorite season?

He greatly enjoys Autumn and Spring, tolerates Winter, and hates Summer.

Describe their morning routine. do they wake up early or sleep in? Do they press the snooze button a bunch of times or do they immediately get up?

On most days Dylan wakes up early to take morning walks and do work, also he has no alarm clock, he’s pretty much used to waking up at nearly the same hour everyday.

If they were to be compared to a canon character, who would that be?

That’s really hard, though people have said his personality resembles that of Sonic the Hedgehog.

Animal they resemble?

I sort of designed Dylan to be owl-like, but surely there is no owl in real life that is like him. Coo the owl’s species might be the closest though.
