Yeah. I mean, I’m looking for a new roommate and you seem like a great guy. Plus we got some things in common what with the Superhero movies and I’m sure we’ll find out more things we might have in common on the way. So yes, I am complete sure I want you as my new roommate. 

And that’s without talking to Sam first so this is my own decision. 

That’s...that’s awesome! I’d totally like to move in with you! Did you want to get the holidays out of the way first, and then do the move in January? Like a NEw Year kind of thing?

Sam is the best. A little loud at times but other then that he’s okay. To be honest, they all are my family away from home. Well, and I would completely understand if you need time to think about things first, when Sebastian moves out I do have a vacancy for a new roommate. So, you know, think about it if you’re looking for another place to stay than at the dorms. 

You want to live with me? I mean, have me live with you? That’s...are you sure?

I mean, Sam did say that he’d put in a good word for me, and if you really don’t mind, I’d actually really like that.

That’s kind of the only thing I won’t miss to be honest. Otherwise he’s pretty decent company. Plus Sam’s fun to hang out with as well. the place is going to be strangely quiet, that’s for sure. That is good to hear. You need a few people in your life that you can call friends i a town like this. ele it tends to get a little lovely from time to time. It’ better then ending up with a roommate you don’t get along wit at all I guess. How long is the commute from here to your campus? 

Yeah, I like Sam, I’ve always gotten along pretty well with him, he’s a good guy. I’ve never really had much to do with Sebastian though, not like personally or anything like that I mean. But, he seems okay enough, and happy with Sam, so you know, good times. Yeah, that’s true. But you guys are really nice to, I like the whole family dynamic you’ve got going on between you, it’s sweet.  Um...I don’t know, maybe half hour in rush hour, why?

Then you only know 2/5 of the McKnight kids that are running around. And I use kids lightly as I’m the baby of the gang. Huh, I never really tested that but probably. I mean, I grew up in this town so I’m very used to always hearing background sounds of cars passing by, sirens and all that. Plus I sometimes sleep with music on when Sam is staying over cause no one wants to hear their housemate go at it as rabbits. What about you? I know it’s just you and your mom but do you have friends on campus.. do you get along with your roommate?  

Yeah...I can imagine that would be pretty annoying to have to try and sleep through, I bet you won’t miss that when he’s moved out, huh? Finally get a quiet apartment to yourself. Yeah, there are a few of us who stick together, mostly my photography buddies. My roommate is...well he’s probably not my first choice of someone I’d choose to live with, but he’s okay. We tend to keep our distance from each other, we don’t really have all that much in common, but he’s not awful either, you know?

It does make her happy. I’m the baby of the bunch so when I moved out the house was empty. She loves looking after her kids, that’s for sure. It sounds like you had a good time. True, though I’m so used to the noise of this town, and of course growing up in a big housed always filled with something going on that I have a hard time sleeping without some noise around. 

So how many of you guys are there? I know you and Sarah, are there many other McKnights running around? Are you one of those guys who needs one of those sounds of city CDs when he’s out of town so you can get some sleep?

Yes, something like that. It’s more mandatory than an option cause mom would kill any of her own kids if we didn’t show up. It’s pretty awesome, but also loud and crowded and hectic. You know, coming from a family with 5 kids.. that actually sounds pretty awesome as well. 

Yeah, but I bet it’s nice to be all together again, even if it is just for a day or so, right? Even with all of the noise that comes with it, bet it makes your mom happy too, right? Yeah, it’s pretty nice. It’s been just me and my mom for as long as I can remember now, it’s very quiet, we spend the morning cooking together, then we watch the parade. Not very exciting, but sometimes it’s just nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, don’t you think?

I spend a few days back at my parents place and saw everybody there.. parents, my other sister and brothers. What about you? Got to spend it with loved ones? 

Oh, so a big traditional Thanksgiving for you then? Sounds pretty awesome. I went back to New Jersey, spent the day with my mom, it was quiet much like it always is, but it was nice to get to spend some time with her again.

Looking forward to it. I think you’ll agree. As I always say, they’re just jealous. A nerd gets to do things he loves doing when and where ever they want to. Not caring about being judged by others for it. That’s something everybody would love to be able to do.. and we’re doing it, they’re not.. so they’re mostly jealous. I might want to catch a ride from time to time, it sounds like fun. 

Huh, I guess I never thought of it like that before, all those wasted years of High School, when I could have taken a completely different view of things. You can count on it, if it ever happens, you’ll be the first person I think of.

Huh, who knew? I’ll have to check them out, and report my findings. Right? I mean, people think nerds are totally uncool, but if Peter Parker can carry it off, then I don’t think I’ve got any worries. It totally would! No more congestion on the platform for me!

Stony, yes.. though they’d make a great Wickling together as well.. You know - Teddy and Billy from the Young Avengers? Oh.. I’d totally be Robin. No doubt about that No Marvel but still awesome.. What about you? Who would you like to be?

Oh that’s a new one, I don’t often hear people talk about them, good comparison though. I’ll have to remember that the next time I hang out with them both. Totally, Marvel aren’t the only ones with awesome superheroes. I think you’d uh, make a pretty hot Robin to be honest...Me? Spiderman would be pretty cool...my friends used to call me Peter Parker when I was at school, you know, super nerd with a camera, that kind of thing. Plus, being able to swing fro building to building, would definitely beat taking the subway everyday.

Well yeah it is fun. I might be persuaded if everybody dresses up for a midnight premiere. I got a feeling those two got matching superhero outfits. I mean if Sam goes as Captain America, Blaine would go as Iron Man and so on.

What? Oh...oh yeah, it is, it’s definitely a pleasure! Oh yeah, anyone can see that, they’re super close aren’t they? Have they always been like that? I haven’t known them for that long. Who me? Maybe...it’s fun though, and practically everyone dresses up. I’m not that surprised that Sam dresses up, he seems almost as nerdy as I am, which is saying something, Blaine too now that I think about it.
