Lost 5lbs! Hit next goal weight.

Been MIA because I went to Prague, New York, Prague, back to London for a few days then to San Francisco to see my girlfriend I haven’t seen in three months.

Been back for a week, and being doing the whole waking up at 5/6am and going to the gym first thing in the morning, eating healthy, no snacking or eating after 8pm.

5lbs (2.2kg) lighter now.

Passed my 145lb GW (again) and am down to......143lb (65kg).

Hope to hit my 140lb GW by the end of the month (I lose and gain v quickly, it’s not an unrealistic or unhealthy goal for me)

I don’t want a summer body, I want an every day happy and healthy body.

Height: I’m 5′9.5″ (176cm) tall.

BMI: 20.9 (Although I don’t really believe in BMIs)
