Howdy Y'all

Just wanted to make a better intro page for myself. Welcome to my blog, I mostly focus around BG3 but ever so often I'll split off to other shit. I mostly just write BG3 Fics centered around my Durge, Riley. In case you ask why I am so attached, Riley is my dnd character and I've been playing her for 2 years. If she dies in game I might stop writing with her, but that's neither here nor there.

A Tale of Two Sisters: Chapter 43/43: Complete

This fic is a slow burn fic focusing on The Dark Urge's redemption and the dynamics between my Durge and the party. There is a cute Karlach romance and a heartbreaking sisterly dynamic with Orin that makes Act 3 quite heartbreaking. Don't be fooled, this fic is a tragedy even if it wears a happy smile.

I don't know what's funnier

A: Orin being Durgetash's biggest hater and actively working to split the pair up by any means necessary. Up to and including just annoying the fuck out of both parties involved.

B: Orin wanting to avoid Gortash at literally all costs, leading to her first interaction with Gortash being when she usurps Durge.

WIP Wednesday

Howdy Y'all, me again.

This time I was tagged by the lovely @cinder-rellish181 @gortashsrighthand @saylofwaterdeep @fireflyeyes and @carnivaley

This time I'm doing something a little...different. Hope y'all enjoy "The Dragon and the Bartender."

It was times like today that Seara Alsevir remembered that being a known name came with drawbacks. Being known required her to be seen out, for her to be in contact with others worth knowing, and worst of all people only seemed to remember her name if her face was attached to it. Yet in spite of this, there was something about fame that spoke to Seara. She couldn’t tell what, but the very idea that people might not know her frightened Seara. She could not let that happen, and she would do what she must to ensure that the mere mention of her name brought joy. So when her tolerable husband invited her to a charity ball, who was she to say no? This was yet another chance for her to charm the city with her fiery personality and her gorgeous looks. Little did Seara know, this ball would be almost entirely business before pleasure. Seara’s sharp red dress stood out in the sea of gray and black, her glass of wine was one of only a few to have been drunk from, and the air was flooded by the same three perfumes. All of that is before Seara mentioned how utterly dull the conversations were. Conversations like the one she was currently in with a man who she neither knew the name of nor did she care to ask. The man had a woman clinging to his side, her smile almost as fake as the gems that lined her necklace.

As some of y'all remember, Riley is my dnd character. And this is worth noting because DnD Riley pretends to be a wizard and "Fireballs" people (Four Elements Monk fireball). So if you're expecting the Riley who treated Orin like a daughter, you're mistaken.
