Right of the bat, this isn’t a negative or hateful post direct at Curtis Mmk?
It’s just I really needed to let this get out there:
The bad thing about having Shiro & Curtis getting together at the end was not seeing the development. That’s it. Like my precious Adam was gone (rest in peace babe) and you know my precious child Shiro here deserves love again {I’m not a monster bro}
And you know I’ve seen Curtis before the finale, and I admit, the way he was cheering on Shiro at the arm wrestling match I felt my shipping senses tell me “ooo~ new ship?” But I was also like “nah, I need more dialogue and more cute hints at em u kno?” So I waited for that. IT DIDNT HAPPEN. LIKE KLANCE OMFG. *cough*
Anyways, I feel like the fandom agrees that we wanted Shiro to be fricking happy again, and ya maybe some of us noticed this Curtis dude and we’re like “oh that can happen”. BUT WE WERE WAITING TO SEE MORE EVIDENCE OF IT. I MEAN I DIDNT EVEN KNOW HIS NAME WAS CURTIS UNTIL LIKE 15 MINS AGO FROM A POST I JUST SAW.
The point is: I want to know who the fuck it is exactly I’m giving my precious child Shiro away too. That’s it. Like Curtis seems like a good enough dude u know, but I can’t 100% approve of you, IDK WHO U ARE?!
Season 8 had a lot of faults and number 2 would have to be this one. (One being Klance not cannon at the end duh) I just wished I knew Curtis better u feel me?

Klance after S8~
So I had this lil thought come to mind after listening to “like I’m gonna lose you” (the cover one by Jessica Thompson) and I pictured lance dreaming about allura and then you know she fades away and his hands holding out for her as she fades away. Soon after his hand gets comforted by Keith
Keith, with his soft-only-for-lance-eyes give an endearing look to lover boy lance here and then a hug....BUT...Keith also fades away in lances arms and like the song says —> wakes up in tears only to see a sleepy Keith next to him..cue breath of relief
Afterwards Keith realizes that Lance has been having nightmares and takes him to his garden of flowers and tells him he’s not going anywhere. Lance is like about to break into tears and hugs him and my boi Keith here brushes his hand against lance’s hair and smiles holding him tight and it’s all fricking cute and endearing
Also while this is happening the words from the song are like floating around from verse 2 and there like shared by Keith and lance, like half are red and the other blue;
And then you know... MY HEART ExPloDes😭
