Giovanni Sakake, The Boss
The leader and big boss of Team Rocket. Always ambitious and never content with what he has in the moment. After all, there's always more to be had. In the pursuit of more, he has constructed a massive vessel capable of interdimensional travel via Ultra Space to expand his empire, dubbed the IR - Interdimensional Rocket
Francisco Sakake, The Twin
Though initially resistant to the idea of joining Team Rocket, Francisco was given little option as the criminal organization's influence grew. Accompany that with him murdering his own mother in a heated confrontation left Francisco feeling too far gone. Crime is in his blood. He was born into it and raised on it.
Acts both as one of Giovanni's bodyguards and as someone who upkeeps the software within the IR Vessel.
With Giovanni succeeding in his goals and remaining (mostly) undefeated, Silver never felt the need to flee from home. As a result, he has been raised and trained to be the heir of Team Rocket. With his father traversing Ultra Space, he has been given the opportunity to lead Team Rocket in Giovanni's stead.
He sees people and pokemon as nothing but tools, pawns to be used as he sees fit - much like his father.
When Ethan was young, he, like many kids, sought to become champion of the Kanto and Jhoto league. Though he failed to achieve this goal, a very notable man took interest in his determination and willingness to learn. Soon after, Ethan had officially joined Team Rocket.
Through the years, he rose in rank and schmoozed the correct people until coming face to face with the Boss' son. The two fought a lot, but respect through mutual strength was formed. When Silver was promoted to standing leader of Team Rocket, Ethan was standing at his side as his ward. He and Silver share a similar opinion on people, though Ethan is notably kinder to pokemon.
Lyra Crystal, The Executive
Lyra's family had always been connected with Team Rocket, so it was only natural that she'd find herself integrated within the organization. Lyra proved herself an invaluable asset for her leadership skills and ability to keep the weak in line. She's led many operations for Team Rocket, from heists to running fronts for the organization.
It was really no surprise when she was promoted to Executive after Proton resigned. Lyra is in charge of training Team Rocket members, both new recruits and old members, keeping them in top shape with a cheery but strict disposition.
