New alter in this system from DHT:

He’s a shifter, part serpent. He was taken by spirit humans at a young age and forced to be one of them, but broke free eventually and escaped to another part of the underworld where he ruled the shifters that resided there. He has an accent that sounds like a mix of French and Russian. I’ll post a picture that looks like him if I find the one I’m thinking of
