(might write a fic about this) but what if, while MC is in the past, the brothers in the present start feeling strange. They start remembering vague things, and realize it’s NEW MEMORIES being written. They’re hazy, but they can sense MC is okay and safe, and keep praying that their past selves don’t do anything stupid.

Or what if the brothers start noticing new things appearing in the HoL. Literally like photographs or plants popping into existence out of thin air. And then they realize it’s because MC put it there in the past, and it was never moved. And then the brothers start lingering near the new objects, pressing a hand to a new photograph in a picture frame on the wall as they imagine MC there, putting it up and adjusting it, and just longing to feel their warmth across time.

Mc keeps accidentally going to Cocytus house instead of HoL at the end of the day

The brothers noticing Mc is much quieter. When asked what’s up, Mc is like “oh yeah, I keep forgetting I can talk to you guys about (insert main timeline stuff)”
