Finally bought DA series during the Steam summer sale. My 1stplaythrough is a bit messy but my proper "canon" 2nd playthrough was very fun. Not minmaxing but I think I did ok.

My fav team is Warden + Alistair + Zevran + Wynne. Basically grandma with three grand sons lol

SWTOR 7.9 Imp side:

Playing as Agent paid off. I'm still super salty about the VA change, but this whole exchange with Jadus feels PERSONAL and I love it.

Since my Agent rejected Jadus in the class story, I happily imagine Jadus being even more salty than me about the Agent.

Since the Agent was forced to undergo Jadus' "inoculation" in the class story, I imagine that's how Jadus can use his illusion spell on the Agent. Jadus left his mark and my Agent is not happy about being reminded about THAT (maybe it's me but that part feels very invasive, like, in a bad intimate way).

The Empire side plays out more natural than the Republic side, mainly because the treachery is just Sith 101. Rivix's betrayal makes more sense even though the scene played out a bit silly. There's no way my Agent doesn't suspect him, but oh well.

Since I'm playing a saboteur, The emperor's reaction is actually pretty reasonable. Even if I was playing a loyalist, it's still Sith 101. Either way, much better than what a Republic loyalist gets.

Speaking of saboteur, not sure where the devs plan to take it to. I doubt they'd do something as drastic as completely switch our characters to the other side unless they make cross faction PvE possible, which I doubt, so I'm more lean to all that being a "misunderstanding" once 8.0 hit.

I smell the possibility of Anri joining us for good. She's been voicing her frustration over Sith infighting throughout the story, it would be cool if we could convince her to defect.

Playing as a Pureblood Sith Agent paid off. He is NOT happy about the Force bullshit. The irony of that does not escape him lmao

Theron romance scene is 10/10. Jadus can stay salty.

I'll give it to them that it's a least a proper wrap up of the mess that is 7.0.

Playing Pub side first, would be interesting to see how it feels on the Imp side later.

Why is the Republic such an annoying bitch.

2. Why can't the devs just uses the existing space combat mechanic? The 7.9 one is horrible. The motion sickness warning is not a joke.

3. I really like how Tau is loyal and wants to do the right thing, but why oh why did the writers had to make her a giant idiot. It's just stupid for the plot's sake.

4. Speaking of annoying, I'm sad to see Shae go after the writers made her into such a reckless, brainless, arrogant, annoying, irredeemable bitch in the 7.0 era. I get what they wanted to do, but they could have handled it better.

5. Most of the writings could have been handled better but it's SWTOR, what did I expect.

6. Jadus and his sexy voice. Never change. Can't wait to see his interaction with my agent, even though I'll be forever salty that they changed his VA.

7. Speaking of VA, everyone did a good job, but Rass Ordo's VA Noshir Dalal is the MVP.

8. The bits where we control other NPCs and companions are fun.

9. New Force/Tech hybrid Combat Style for 8.0? I mean, the literal plot device is pretty obvious.

The movie was hella cute and fun, had my gripes with it but enjoyed myself despite them, and these sillies were everything, I love how there were parts with 0 human faces at times xP. Rotta and Grogu were such a fun duo 😭 and of course Din and Grogu are everything.

Here’s what I use to characterize each person in the suit.

PEDRO

Broad shoulders, but with a thinner waist and smaller legs. (A.1)

Tilts helmet further up in close-up shots rather than tilting it down. (A.2)

Usually shifts weight onto one leg or hip. (A.3)

Places hands on hips or belt for emphasis.

Curls fingers and swings arms, especially while walking.

BRENDAN

Appears slightly taller with a physique that’s more slender and more balanced throughout. (B.1, B.2)

Typically keeps hand hovered over blaster or close to sides. (B.3)

Folds hands over belt/stomach. (B.4)

Distributes weight evenly to both legs. (B.1)

Usually tilts the helmet downwards and to the side more when interacting with others.

LATEEF

Broad shoulders with a very thin waist, also appearing on the shorter side. (C.1, C.2, C.3)

Keeps arms further from sides and holds them out wide, with fingers and thumbs separated rather significantly. (C.3)

Typically reserved for action scenes.

I am a bit surprised but I really like Rotta. Especially when I realized he's really just a young adult trying to escape his super toxic abusive relatives and wants to live a different life on his own strength.

Din should adopt another son. Rotta and Grogu can be bros for a near millennium ;w;
