Introduction

Welcome to my piece of heaven on this side of the internet. Whether you're just stopping by for a quick peek or here to stay to lurk (I've got nothing to hide!) or have a conversation, give this a read :)

It's an ugly job with even uglier consequences if you're lacking in most departments. But that said, we like to have fun between jobs.

The name is Tamsy, and I made this blog to kick my feet up and let my hair down every now and again, and to answer any questions you got. Don't be shy, I'm an open book! ༒︎

Before we begin though, I think some boundaries should be set in place. We got to set an example afterall. Let's not lose our cool.

Hello! Call me Kosuke (or Ke for short). I just wanted to add a few more ooc things here that are VERY important! So please don't skip this!

First and foremost, THIS IS NOT AN RP BLOG! It's a character ask blog. What's the difference you may ask? Well, an rp blog may engage as the character while also role-playing scenarios with other rp blogs via comments, reblogs or dms. Whereas a character ask blog, as the title implies, focuses mainly on just answering questions/other asks in character.

So with that in mind, I ask that you do not reblog or comment under roleplay accounts. They will not be answered.

Secondly, this blog is NOT spoiler free! I'm a little behind on catching up with the manga, but at the end if this post I will put an indicator of which chapter I am on and update it as I go!

Finally, I will be a LITTLE BIT OOC with Tamsy with some minor tweaks! His personality may not be spot on, and some headcanons and other personality traits may be sprinkled in. I just think it's a lot more fun that way :D I will still be as in character as I can while doing this.

This "angel" she saw could've been just a mere illusion. She went through some pretty awful stuff after all. The brain does things us humans can't even explain sometimes...perhaps her mind was imagining a savior, a divine being in her time of need.

So, hypothetically, what are you doing if you're brushing your hair and hypothetically, you find a spider in your hair, like it must have hypothetically crawled there when you were asleep or something, what are you doing in this hypothetical where you find a spider in your hair?

I'd have no choice but to calmly extract it from my hair and place it in someone else's hair outside where it belongs. Hypothetically speaking of course.

You can find the list of tattoos and piercings I put down in this ask here. As for my thoughts and opinions...you've heard the saying "my body is my temple" right? So, decorate it however you wish. It's a form of expression as well, so wear it loud and proud, understood?

How do you feel about the horror genre?

Do you like scary movies? If so…

What’s your favorite scary movie? If not…

What kind would/do you watch?

I enjoy scary movies...when they're done right. So far I haven't found one that really stuck with me, but I tend to lean in more towards psychological horror. It feels more real, more personal. That it could happen to anybody.

How I feel about the horror genre in general? Well, I find them easy to predict...cheap scares with loud noises and the occasional jumper. That's not scary, it's obnoxious.

Give me something subtle but noticeable, something that lurks and creeps, something that'll give me a chill. Give me something warped and uncanny. Something that perhaps...is a manifestation of my own mind, set out to destroy me. A slow fall into madness until it makes me into a husk of who I once was, until I am no more.

Hai! I wanted to ask, what is Tokushin really? is it just a little yarn spin thing? also on the topic of yarn, can you sew or knit?

Well if you were paying attention, you'd be able to confirm that it is indeed a tool used in the spinning of thread; its called a distaff.

For the other half of your question, sewing and knitting has seen something of a revival since the upheaval of the sphere. I know a thing or two about knitting and sewing...given my jinki, that'd be a little obvious, wouldn't it?

A tail...? Pretty outlandish. Even if I did have one, I don't think anyone would bat an eye considering the nature of things down here.

I think whoever gave you this info should really try to think of things a little more realistically though.

Sure...let's assume that I'm from there.

If he knew, do you think it'd be wise for the very leader of the cleaners to idly stand by without pulling me aside and mentioning it at some point? That is...unless he considers me a threat. As the saying goes...keep your friends close but your enemies even closer.

Tamsy what is the first thing you notice about a woman ? Do you have a type ?

You all seem quite interested in my love life and preferences...it's starting to become a little concerning.

I've already expressed what I look for in a potential partner, but realistically speaking, I haven't the time to settle or even think about settling. Plus, why would I put my darling in jeopardy with my work? It's reckless.

The first thing I notice about a woman...is if she's in my way, I'm only thinking about how to clear my path. If I'm working with her, I'm only thinking about how to complete our task. Not her appearance, not how she behaves. This goes for men too, or any other gender.

You’ve mentioned you like people to be self reliant and bold, and the other day i was wondering!! What does someone respectable like Tamsy think of someone like Fu Orostor? Can you even cut him slack?

Well, it's a shame that his jinki seems to rely on incompetence, but I don't think that inherently means he should be completely reliant on orders. Being a fucking doormat little frail, even in the slightest, can put somebody in immediate danger down here. But there's always room for improvement.

I’m curious on your thoughts on Tumblr as a whole so far! You’ve been on and around for a bit now, thankfully without the odder questions I’ve seen floating around and directed towards others.

I do hope you and your host don’t get too overwhelmed! :0

It's been an experience so far. That much I can say about it, save for the unfortunate few instances in the bunch. Tumblr is a fine space once you shape and form your community and blog to something that caters to you.

As for being overwhelmed though...as it stands, there's roughly about 41+ asks in the inbox. Though as soon as I answer one, three more are added. I think it's safe to say I'll be at this for quite a while.
