just as a blanket statement u never need to ask permission to do smth with my characters. that;s not how transformative use like. works. go hog wild. the only things i ask are that you 1) don't repost my art--as in, actual pictures i drew and posted myself--to other sites, and 2) don't try to monetarily profit off of any of my characters/concepts/etc. i want my stuff to be free. but i can't actually stop anyone from doing those things lol it's just a matter of politeness
TLDR: yes you can, and you never need to ask my permission to create something based off my work. i love seeing all that stuff too so please send me the link if you do write it cuz i'd really like to read it !!

does rossi ever get any other tc stalkers that manage to find a way to interact with him (finding the apartment's address or his place of work or some shit & showing up/sending letters/whateva) if so how does evey feel.
R pretty much drops off the face of the earth when he skips town after the court trial. he looks really different (HRT helped a lot w that), doesn’t keep in touch w/ anyone from his previous life, isn’t on the internet, and is very careful to stay out of public record. the apartment is in evey’s name—R isn’t on the lease, which….well thank god evey is a mostly good person—and R’s boss is an old lady who thinks of him like a grandson and pays him under the table. he’s not easy to find. and if someone did manage to track him down uhhhh well good luck evey is constantly running interference against that shit (she’s on forum boards chronically and whenever anyone starts expressing too much interest in wanting to track down ross she starts posting misinfo to make him harder to find). but if anyone ever tried to get in contact or smth evey would Handle It
