Writing.

I love writing, and the art of putting words down when you can't speak them. Writing experiences you can't tell anybody or thoughts you can't explaiin to anybody.

I love the feelings that arise when I write, whether they're negative or positive.

I love the unfinished drafts and the messy ones that are completed but will stay hidden forever.

I love writing about love and family, and life experiences, and bonding, and I love getting to know myself through the things I write.

I love the feeling of accomplishment I get, even after writing 100 words for that day--it's more than 0 and that's something to be proud of.

I literally love all of you, but as a Tumblr veteran, Tumblr's main feature is the reblog feature. It is the beating heart of the dashboard and the foundation for a chronological timeline. The For You page here should not be your default setting.

You guys have got to start reblogging stuff you enjoy, especially, specifically gifs and fan art but also fics and fan theories or even hot takes if you're not afraid of a lil discourse. I'm tired of being the first or third reblog for a person's post and then seeing my blog's followers do nothing but hit like, while blogs sit there with no new posts in months or years!

The person who composed the Dr Who theme tune back in 1963, Ron Grainer, didn’t actually arrange it - that was mostly the work of Delia Derbyshire and some other BBC people.

I’m bringing this up because, in 1980, Grainer finally did produce an arrangement of the Dr Who theme, as he had imagined it, and, well, you will not expect what you’re about to hear

the doctor tends to treat barbara like his adult daughter, in the sense that he has a paternal protectiveness over her and wants to look after her and make sure she's happy and doing alright even though he respects her independence. and he treats ian like the son-in-law he pretends to hate but keeps making excuses to hang out with so they can have bonding time

Okay, I have no idea who Mrs Flood is, and I have no theories either. My only theory is that, whoever she is, she’s the one making it snow.

If Ruby’s mother is just a normal human, then nothing about that whole situation would cause it to spontaneously snow around Ruby all across time and space. But Mrs Flood was already parked on Ruby’s street and seems to always know what’s going on. I don’t really know how or why (except maybe to add drama?), and let’s be honest, my whole theory is based on that last scene where she’s standing on the rooftop, dressed in white, and it’s snowing.

(Also, I’m not convinced Ruby’s story is over. I’ve seen a few theories, though I haven’t read any of them thoroughly enough to decide if I agree, but I’m definitely expecting there to be more to it, and Mrs Flood has to be right in the middle of it.)
