This study found that patients with GBS can improve the quality of their sleep by practicing pranayama, yogic relaxation, and meditation.
Functional capacity exams can be used to evaluate disability after a work-related injury or evaluate potential workers ability to perform a physically demanding job. I recently observed one of these evaluations. It was a 3 hour, specialized exam, that tested the workers ability to perform specific tasks related to the job. Each task was defined as something the worker performed occasionally, frequently, or constantly and the level of testing each task depended on how often the task was performed. This article discusses the validity and reliability of this test in accurately determining a person's level of disability.

This article addresses the topic of utilizing stationary cycling as means for improving endurance and strength in pediatric patients with spastic, diplegic CP.
