Hello, you may call me Echo

I am creating this tumblr with the intentions of archiving any possible discourse, drama, information, resources, etc. That may come from emoji/emote tumblr.

My inbox and dms will be open for people to come to me and share their bad experiences or interactions with creators, and just for general information on blogs that are active or not. You may also reach out to me on Discord via @/echo.sigh if you feel more comfortable there.

this community has gotten toxic and awful within the past year, and it hurts to see.

I will also try to reblog any blogs I can find that are discourse - and drama free. if you get reblogged and are then proven to be problematic, you will be removed from this blog, and a post will be made as to why.

There's this new emote server called "twilight grove". It's ran by a cc mod, Felinethefox I think. They've faked did and requested staff to ban anyone from pawmoji just because they're neutral endo(last I knew). They also yume with characters "old enough to be their long dead relative" <- their words. They're also a vivzie pop supporter. Twilight Grove is also abliest. A mod responded to system resources being shut down with "womp womp" and the refused to do anything about it. They also support angels emotes/canimotes. An ex staff also wanted to commit due to the owner

May I ask what on earth happened with Tonto / Freddy? And also K9? I can’t seem to find anything summarizing or anything and I’m confused

K9 moved to only posting on discord in his own server because of harassment and drama.

I'm unsure what happened to Tonto as of recently, I'm aware Tonto originally deactivated due to drama as well but returned as rainbowpunki only to deactivate recently for unknown reasons. If anyone has information on Tonto I will post it for those curious.

appearntly any transID identities are banned in the server, including non harmful ones (transidol, transopalbones, transcat) … (in k9’s server. the last ask about the fair folk was also in k9’s server)

Ah, I see, I apologize for not reading this ask first.

I believe people are entitled to their own opinions about things, if a creator does not want transID people in their space they are entitled to that.

:( i have done quite a lot of research in relation to the fair folk along with speaking with and seeing people who follow celtic mythology’s opinions on fae/faer pronouns. the server is very anxiety inducing. im a bit nervous to send this in on account that i dont really want to get banned from the server. I know other members had to remove their pronouns before, I personally don’t use the pronouns but find it odd

Saturns emotes went from saying prns was on hiatus to archived in memory of Saturn. Idk what that means but I'm a little worried

(about the k9 kys channel thing)

in k9’s defense, there’s a self-assignable role for saying you’re ok with kys jokes directed at you

if the kys jokes were directed towards people without that role that’s not ok

and i can’t speak to whether the existence of those roles is bad and stuff

I agree. I think the existence of the role is fine, especially if someone is comfortable with that kind of thing being said to them. I see it as just another layer of protect for those who do not want to be told that.

i think photographers deserve credit if you are tracing or heavily copying an image. if you are simply referencing it i don’t think it’s a huge deal. but the lack of respect for photography is kind of depressing.
