I see a lot of focus around these kinds of things in necro spaces, and almost never anyone (like myself) who finds them to be turn-offs. It's totally okay to not like the typical "necro favorite" traits in corpses. I personally prefer things whole and clean or in the process of being skinned/butchered. Visible organs and decay make me pretty uncomfortable.

I'm so tired of seeing consentual incest demonized when my sister and I's relationship is functionally no difference than any other healthy couple. Every time I see someone bitch about how incest is "inherently wrong" in one way or another it feels like the most important thing in my life is being completely erased. It feels like everyone refuses to believe that consang couples can be healthy, even though my relationship is right there! And there are plenty couples just like us! We are two consenting people who are in love with eachother, but apparently that's not enough for some people.
