hey im sorry if i offended you at all, but genuinely i dont understand the need to make a post telling ppl to block me. You could have just silently blocked me and left. It’s just… weird. And mildly hurtful.
I'm sorry your feelings are hurt, but I'm not sorry for making the post. You were being paramisic, and I love all my (anti-contact) paraphile siblings. You were spreading harmful sentiments towards our community and refusing to be educated so I had to warn others that you are not safe for other paraphiles to follow.
It was also disappointing because you seemed really cool and nice. You could think it's weird if that's how you see it, but I don't want any paraphiles to accidentally follow someone who thinks they're "disgusting" just for the thoughts they didn't choose to have.
I'm not a pedophile for defending harmless paraphiles. But even if I was, I'd still deserve sunshine. I love you, fellow paraphiles!!!
Shout out to paraphiles who are heavily involved in fandom and have to deal with shipping discourse! It’s difficult to let yourself have fun and/or cope with your attraction through fandom when people — regardless of shipcourse stance, there are paramisics in both anti and proship circles — make false claims about your attraction, harass you because of what you do with fiction, etc… you deserve to enjoy your interests/ find harmless outlets for your paraphilia in peace.
I relate to ts as a fictoMAP. I actually recently recovered, as it was disordered. It made me feel yucky to be almost 17 and love Huey & Riley (who are 10 and 8 in the show); I didn't know how to accept myself. It scared me because I didn't want to be seen as gross or as "a stepping stone to child predation".
Fortunately, my internal paramisia has lessened quite significantly thanks to Tumblr's para community!
People should stop using the term "harmful paraphilia" in its usual context because a paraphilia is only harmful if it leads to abuse. Anti-contact paraphiles might need to be completely etymologically separated from abusive paraphiles because one group is willing to rape and the other group isn't.

I'm not subtle AT ALL and I don't want her to know that I'm in a relationship with Huey and Riley. Of course, she knows I'm semifictosexual, but she doesn't know I'm also a fictoMAP.
I usually fall for characters my age or older (fictional and 3D, for that matter) but you know how people get about stigmatized paraphilias... I don't know how she'll react, especially with how giddy and flustered I get when I see them... I don't know how she hasn't caught on just yet, but it's only a matter of time.

contact stances have NEVER meant anything anti roleplay or anti-kink . anti contact is not against zoo4therian. anti contact is not against insys relationships . anti c doesnt include innerworld, spiritual, or psychological identity . anti contact is not against acting on any sexual contact that wouldn't be harmful to act upon (plushophilia, podophilia, etc)
these rules were made up for safety reasons, and its not good to be changing the meaning of them.
If someone's is attracted to women it doesn't mean they like every woman.
If someone's is attracted to men it doesn't mean they like every man
If someone's attracted to kids/animals/corpses it doesn't mean they like every kid/animal corpse
Similarly to non paraphiles, a paraphile can see their object of attraction and forget them. Both paraphiles and non-paraphiles can have similar experiences

"Harmful" paraphilias don't exist, only harmful actions do. I suggest you shorten that section to "only anti-contact/NO-ACT paraphiles are welcome here". You're making it sound like we have no control over ourselves when aroused when you say "acted out desires".
You don't support age play? Then you don't support paraphilias, kinks, nor fetishes at all! You're paramisic! If no harm is being done to any being and every sexual action is consensual, someone else's sex life should not be your problem. You can think something is wrong, but that doesn't mean it is.
Also, otherpaws and fictionpaws do not belong in the alterhuman community, just like furries don't. That doesn't mean they aren't valid, but they don't identify as something other than human. It's roleplay. You can be both alterhuman and a -paw, but that's not what I'm talking about.
