Things that help against anxiety (personal experience)

Things I love about each sign

Aries - they are so passionate and quick. You can never get bored with an Aries, they keep you on your toes, and they keep you moving.

Taurus - they don’t do unnecessary small talk. They don’t fill silence when there’s nothing to say. Something about that ability to shut up without it being awkward is well attractive. Their presence is peaceful and calming. I love their love for animals. I love how they see beauty in things others overlook and I love how they inspire people to see beauty in things. I love how they prioritise their personal fulfilment over anything else.

Gemini - they’re quick, funny and intelligent. Very cute when they know random things.

Cancer - they are so naturally intuitive and caring. They notice undercurrents, when someone is bottling up emotions, when someone needs something. Very sweet people.

Leo - they are so confident and authentic. There’s no option other than being themselves. Leos are very very generous people.

Virgo - I have never met a virgo that wasn’t funny. They don’t get enough credit for that. But to be funny you need to be sharp and Virgos have that. They are great listeners and pay attention to details, and very reliable. You can trust a Virgo, they are genuine people, even if they often have their guards up.
