does anyone else feel super awful when one of your friends says “oh I completely forgot to eat!”

like all I can think about is the action of eating, or rather how to prevent my self from doing it and they just... forget?? like all I can ever think about is how much I ate, how many calories I have left, how am I going to avoid the next meal etc and
