also, i’m like, really kind of over cyberpunk until all the mess is fixed, but am thinking... edith’s attackers in that verse would have been a bunch of corpo assholes who didn’t think they would suffer any consequences and they left her to die in an alley, but she was found by a vampire... yes they would fit in cyberpunk, no i dont know how yet but they do. and when she murdered them, it went... viral... all over the news for a good while... speculations on who could have done it and why... and she’s just vibing, sippin a blood juice box like ‘good luck trying to catch me fuckers’

edith’s disappearance gained no traction in riften because stuff like that happens all the time, in the shadows. her family were the only one’s affected, and her partner at the time, but there was no concern or search party, etc. however, her murders caused a big uproar and became one of the most grueling events that ever took place in the city. she went in with a plan, swiftly kill them all and leave one alive to take the blame, but her hatred just. consumed her and she quite literally created a bloodbath. it was horrific to say the least. though it was deemed a politically-motivated attack because it’s the easiest route.
