made it to the oldest city in Taiwan which means I had to drop by the oldest Confucius Temple (built in 1665)!!! 👀 . . the elderly people I met walking around had me in stitches....they nearly fainted when I greeted them with "ni hao!!" 😵😮😨😍 . . I only know a few words and phrases in Mandarin but even the bare minimum puts a smile on people's faces ❤❤ . . p.s. so far, Tainan>>>>Taipei😘 (at 台南孔廟 Confucius Temple)

Don't believe everything you read in those "Best of XYZ City" articles.... Red House was a FAIL😞😬😬 . . Huashan Creative Park was 😴😴😴 . . but just as I left to catch the metro, I see a bunch of dudes skateboarding in a mini skate park under the highway.... . . perfect opportunity to practice my action shots, right?!! . . I asked and they said it was okay to photograph them....although I think I made a few of them a bit nervous...or maybe they're not that good??😗😗 . i kid. I kid. (at Zhongzheng District)

Its just...a really encouraging thing to see as a young woman who, in the past, felt pressured to marry and have kids or else...😵 . . finally made it here!!! twas so cheesy but sooo fun!!! . . if you don't know, Penang has about a million museums that cater to everyone's interests . . the highlight of that afternoon was the intense rain storm☔ going when we finished and my drenched self getting into a random car I thought was our Grab...scared the crap out of some Malaysian family 😄😋😁 (at Upside Down Museum)
