I had a dream that I was sitting in my grandmaās living room in the Philippines. I was crying out for her. I woke up crying on my birthday. This is thirty I guess.

I had a dream that I was sitting in my grandmaās living room in the Philippines. I was crying out for her. I woke up crying on my birthday. This is thirty I guess.
Iāve been barely holding my head up with the waves of grief lately.
I woke up exactly at 3:20 am
The time my grandma passed away two years ago
I have never loved anyone the way I love you.
Iām so heartbroken
I can still hear the screams at night.
My uncle and my dad screaming in Ilocano for their mother to stay alive. āMommy please donāt leave yet my heart hurtsā
Iām haunted by those few moments in time, the swirling emotions and the endless tears.
It all happened so quickly.
I was sitting in the room when it happened.
I try not to stay up past 3:20 am because thatās when it happened.
April 20th at 3:20 am was when she took her final breath.
I miss you, Grandma. Iām so heartbroken that youāre gone.
āGoing after a dream has a price. It may mean abandoning our habits, it may make us go through hardships, or it may lead us to disappointment. But however costly it may be, it is never as high as the price paid by people who didnāt live.ā
