The issue is the statement of superiority. "As it should be" I'm not arguing the inherit racism in a pop culture founded by a white structure. 'Game of Thrones' was written by a white guy. That is how he sees the world. I doubt the intention was to express that little white girls are greater than all others. It's a fucking story about draOns and stuff. The black guy is clearly supporting the thought that one race is superior to another. No different than white bigots. That's the sad part.
