RUJAK KUAH PINDANG
Kuah Pindang Rujak (Fruit Sald) is a combination of some fresh fruits and Kuah pindang sauce (broth made from fish added with sugar, salt, shrimp paste, and chili). Fruits which normally use are mango, papaya, kedondong, cucumber, star fruit, and others. These fruits are peeled and then cut into small pieces. Then simply add the fruits and the sauce.

HOW TO MAKE LAWAR NANGKA (JACKFRUIT LAWAR)
INGREDIENTS: a. Chicken 50 g b. 500 g young jackfruit c. Oil 250 g f. Coconut oil 650 ml (1 bottle) HERBS: a. Pepper 0.5 teaspoons b. Turmeric 10 g c. Galangal 15 g d. Shrimp paste 0.5 g e. Coriander 0.5 tablespoons f. Onion30 g g. Garlic 15 g h. Clove 2 pieces i. Nutmeg 3 slices j. Chili 15 g l. Lime HOW TO MAKE: 1. Slice Onion, garlic and chili, then fried in coconut oil. 2. Fry shrimp paste and other spices until fragrant. 3. Chop meat finely, then mix with lime juice and then saute. 4. Grill coconut a few minutes, and then shred it. 6. Jackfruit peeled and then boiled until cooked, then cooled, chop into small pieces
7. Subsequently mix shredded coconut with all the ingredients. 9. The next stage is to mix all the ingredients that have been prepared on the basin. 10. Mixing is done in such a way that the batter evenly.

HOW TO MAKE PISANG RAI
This is another simple sweet dish.
6 Bananas 65 grams of rice flour. 65 ml of water. 1/2 teaspoon sugar. 75 grams of grated coconut 4 pieces of pandan leaves. HOW TO MAKE :
Steam grated coconut for 15 minutes, then mix with a little salt. Boil 750 ml of water with a little salt, put in pandan leaves. Mix the rice flour, sugar, salt, and water, stir with a fork until the dough is smooth. Dip bananas one by one into dough and then put into the boiling water. Boil until it floats, it means it's cooked. Remove and drain. Roll banana in grated coconut. You can cut it into 3 pieces or according to your taste. If you like, serve with a sprinkling of sugar.
