bishop-kaitlyn:
âThereâs not much in here⌠Thatâs the thing.â She said, handing Edward the bag in defeat. She sat down beside him when he took it, and glanced over at the paper heâd just been reading before turning her attention back to the matter at hand. âGod, heâs like, the worst teacher ever. All class, all I can do is count down the seconds until Iâm free from his water-gargling voice⌠How in the world did you survive him?â She asked.
âTherein lies your problem, Ms. Bishop.â Edward tsked again, sorting through the papers in Kaitlynâs bag at a much more sedate pace, scanning the titles for the possibility of finding the correct assignment. âItâs simple: his class is necessary to graduate so you put up with him. No one will care about how terrible his voice is when your transcript is short,â he said, glancing up at her quickly, a hint of reproach in his voice before he went about continuing his searching. âAnd of course you submit a claim about his inefficacy as a teacher. I imagine it wonât take too much more before Heathfield revokes his tenure.â
