Hello, i'm Eether, someone who is in the SFW tickle community here on tumblr. A basic introduction on myself is that I am an aroace and transmasc (he/him) individual, and I am 16 years old.
On the topic of age, I would please advise people who are below the age of 12 to not interact with my blog. This is just a rule I want to establish for the comfort and safety of both parties.

Notes: As the halloween update is coming around soon, thought i'd jump back into these headcanons I was working on a while back, take them as you will! And yes, the fly emoji is because I think she rubs her hands together like a stupid fly/silly
β’ While she isn't a physical being or any solid matter, just fazing a hand through her has this sort of tingly effect on her that is like a tickle. And just wiggling your fingers over her like that can drive her crazy!
β’ Despite being able to easily get away from whoever is tickling her, she oddly stays put for at least some portion of it. If asked she will say that she was just caught off guard and couldn't think to move, but really... I think we know why.
β’ A teasing, cheeky ler, but flustered and panicked lee. Acts like all that until she gets the flip on it, sometimes from provoking, sometimes naturally. Either way all her confidence goes crashing and crumbling down.
β’ If it's really windy or a gust of wind brushes past her, i'd imagine instead of a shiver from the cold (which she can't feel the difference from) she would get a kind of sudden tickle from it. Tensing up with a yelp and just hoping noone saw that.
β’ The main people who do end up tickling her are Brightney, Gigi, and Flutter. Those being some of the only people who know how to really get her. Flutter usually can just flap her wing over Connie for a fun reaction, and Gigi has some playful back and forths with her too. Brightney usually is a softer approach than Gigi.
β’ Pretty ticklish everywhere, her sides especially drive her crazy. Just the feeling of being tickled from two points so close together gets her to a mess as she covers her face with her hat (visor?) and giggles herself to pieces.
β’ Her laughter has this kind of fade in with each little part to it, like it starts off quiet and then escalates to a lucid roar of a laugh. It sometimes sounds like multiple laughs together, like multiple spirits, and it has a very ghostly feel to it as she is a ghost. I also like to think she can start cackling once tickled long enough in the right spots. She gets hella embarrassed by it.

β’ Sly grins and sneaky moves, she goes all out evil as a ler(/silly). Being a ghost means she has her various little abilities like going through walls and invisibility to even just being able to float, and she definitely loves using these to her advantage.
β’ Turning invisible and sneaking behind her lee before striking, going over their head out of sight before throwing out a surprise attack. Even just her ghosty light blue hands have this phantom tickle effect that drives every lee crazy! And she absolutely eats this up.
β’ At the end of the day, she never goes too overboard with her tickling. She loves the quick sneaky slips in of a surprise tickle! Usually going off giggling herself after a second or two. Short and sweet.
β’ I think it would be cool if she could possess objects, like a feather, and use that to her advantage as she lacks much of a physical being really.
β’ Loves to go after Gigi as a big target, mostly for their back and forths and all. Looey and flutter she likes to tickle for her own little fun and teasing. She is far too skittish to try to tickle Brightney- Poor girl loses every bit of confidence and mischief in an instant.
β’ Takes to be a fairly mysterious man, or to how he hopes to come off as. He has a sort of reputation for being always looking into things and is rather uptight to a fault from this. Tickling is a thing that he never thought to involve himself in.
β’ Though in more recent times, he's found himself being thrown into a few tickly situations... Wether that's a light brush to the side or a little poke or two. Always straightening up a bit more and keeping alert after the unexpected actions.
β’ Glisten will do this thing, sliding beside the magnifying glass as his hand goes to gently squeeze to his side as he says "Oh, lighten up, won't you!"
β’ Not too ticklish, a fairly regular ticklishness if not a little lower than so. And while not the most tickle involved guy, he sometimes will let it slide with those he is closer to.
β’ A certain spot that is more sensitive I would are his shoulders, which are usually a lot more tense than not. He can barely take massages there, even if he is grateful for the thought behind it, good god does it tickle to go through. All he can do is stay perfectly still and cover up any loose laughs with a cough or clearing of his throat.
β’ Another spot i'd say would be his handle, not as much as his shoulders, but gets a laugh out of him easier. It's a more easily targetable spot, as it has easy access. You can really get him to start breaking once you focus on it!
Ler
β’ Again, doesn't get into many tickle related things, but sometimes with people he is close to... For one there is Toodles, who he sees as a daughter to him and will sometimes tickle her a little to tire her out for bed or just to have a little fun with the sweet girl.
β’ Another person he seems to target more regularly is the previously mentioned Glisten, who will sometimes get a quick brush of a finger down his spine as Rodger walks by or a slight stroke over his torso as he "accidentally" bumps into him.
β’ He can not tease like a normal person. And the way he does it is in a way where he thinks he sounds so cool or smart saying it. Like "Hm.., it seems i've gotten a new find on this giggly case." and the lee doesn't know wether to be embarrassed or laugh more because it's so stupid it's funny.
β’ Never goes too far with tickling, or for long, if it even escalates that far. It's usually only for a short moment as he doesn't really want to go on too much. And usually he is very discreet with his attempts or small actions of it.
β’ As someone who very often looks into little details and observations, he can easily tell where a lee is more or less ticklish from just the slightest reactions, and has the best memory of them. So be careful with him, because he might know where you're most ticklish more than you do yourself!/silly
β’ Has a soft modest laugh when tickled, she isn't very ticklish in my eyes but she still gets a nice laugh from it. And she doesn't mind a little fun once in a while! Never hurt to find a few tickles after tea.
β’ Her neck is a pretty ticklish spot from all that time of having her boa always against it, developing a slight sensitivity over time that though is slightly embarrassing, is also another reason she keeps wearing it to kind of cover it up.
β’ I saw a headcanon that when you stir the tea in her head it tickles her, and I think that's really cute! Stirring sweet tea and earning sweet giggles π«Ά
β’ On another note, I think it would be a given to headcanon her cup handle to be at least a bit ticklish, and whenever it is tickled it certainly surprises our dear teacup for at least the first moments of contact.
β’ Overall, I don't personally see her as much of a lee, but I do think it is just really sweet how she is depicted when as one! I do also just generally that I find her character to be so mesmerizing in a way.

β’ Very gentle and soft with whoever she tickles, it's always just a light sensation of her hands kneading to the lee's sides or stomach as she softly comments about the lee's reactions
β’ Is definitely a complimenter, going off like "Oh, your laugh is sweeter than sugar!" with a smile as she continues to lightly wreck the lee. Also likes to call her lees "Sugar", or "Dear". She just seems like the type to do that.
β’ Aftercare with her is just a casual tea party really- like suddenly you find yourself being gently dragged along and sat in a chair as she is pouring her own cup of tea and saying "Do you prefer Black or Herbal tea, Dear?"
Notes: This took me a long time, but I love Scraps! I enjoy how people play into her being a paper craft in arts of her (like her face being drawn on by crayon) Anyway, even if this is late, enjoy!
β’ Another squirmer, is pretty fast and can sometimes scurry out of the ler's hold. She will certainly not go down without a grand chase around all of Gardenview!
β’ Absolute panic when she gets cornered and caught, thrashing around while spitting out protests before erupting into a shriek that is followed up with sharp laughter.
β’ Has a kind of "kekeke" laugh sometimes when trying to hold in her giggles or just at light tickles, and her kind of ears slightly scrunch up like zig zag folded paper if yk what I am saying
β’ Her little cup tail obviously reacts with her in my mind, wagging all crazy as she kicks and flails, pushing at the ler's tickling hands frantically
β’ The inner edges of her ears are a pretty ticklish spot, other bad spots are her sides and maybe some parts of her tail. She isn't stupidly ticklish, but gives bigger reactions, a bit of a drama queen /silly

β’ Her claws make for a perfect tool to tickle her lees, she always makes sure to be careful with them, but she really doesn't need to do much as just the meer feeling of the tips of her claws against someone's tickle spots can already drive someone crazy-
β’ A silly ler, goes all "coochie coochie coo!" and stuff like that "tiktiktik! tickle tickle!". I think she has fun saying those teases, it's also just funny seeing the lee react to it.
β’ Pretends to be cutting up or drawing on papers for a craft when tickling her lees, going along to "trim the sides" and "color in the middle space", when really she is just completely messing with them.
β’ Loves having tickle fights with Goob, usually wins because of her big sister power of course!(/silly) Buuut, sometimes she lets him win a little, gotta keep little bro happy after all!
β’ Actually is really sweet with her lee, she may be a bit mischievous sure, but it's all still silly fun and she isn't a mean teasing ler. Likes to offer a light coloring session afterwards to cool off a little with the lee if they want.
β’ Is the QUEEN of playing off how she really feels about it, acting all too cool for it or just nonchalantly about it, not wanting to draw attention to herself in the topic. But in reality she is hella ticklish and hella touch starved with it π
β’ Her main way of expressing any lee related wants or thoughts is drawing tickle art of herself, some of the only times she will use pencil and do little doodle pages purely for drawing herself tickled. A lot of these pages are later crumpled from the mass embarrassment she gets from it. But some can be found untouched..
β’ Her voice is usually fairly calm or just always taken with a control of it, even when she laughs she trys to keep it lowkey. But when she's tickled, her laugh becomes more high pitched and uncontrolled, and overall it's just a whole lot more expressive than what she lets herself be. To which she gets very embarrassed about.
β’Very light feather sensitive, specifically if you were to ever use a brush's bristles to even just lightly stroke over her neck for just a moment, she will be wiping her head around with wide eyes and already losing her shit/silly
β’ Will be taken a little off guard by teases, but usually tries to act tougher against it even as she's melting underneath that playful demeanor.
β’ Only really enjoys when people she is close to tickles her and to only tickle those close people. Personally I headcanon that some of these people are Shelly, Vee, Scraps (they have an artist to artist rivalry but also are close in the way they still like to help each other with their art genuinely), and Tisha (to a point, they are still rough but try to take things slow and more gentle approaches).

β’ As a painter, she has learned how to control pressure to a skill that is fairly noticeable away from the canvas, her hands can knead things pretty efficiently from so much pressure practice with which brush strokes she would need for a painting.
β’ To this, if someone ever finds themself with Brusha tickling them, the tickling would be a firm and present feeling that is so vivid you can't escape from it. It's still gentle and will never hurt you, but will definitely tickle to hell and back based on how ticklish they are there.
β’ Likes to drag a clean brush along the back or back of her lee's neck and pretend she is painting a portrait and telling them to stop moving while she finishes it up.
β’ I think she'd be pretty good at face painting, and some lee's who have ticklish faces will always get a little snicker out of the paintbrush as she continues the face painting with a light "Just hold off on the squirming for a second, i'm almost done~"
β’ Not the most teasing to most, but likes to give little quips in between to keep things light and fun. Throwing in a small "Gosh, you're turning brighter than magenta!" or chuckle in with a "You sure you're fine? Starting to look more ruffled than some of my old brushes now.." as the lee is huffing and giggling themself silly.
