Main target is Looey cuz I said so (and BOY does she love targeting him)

The millisecond she finds out someone is ticklish, that someone is COOKED. You better believe she'll say to herself "GET THAT LEE"

Can go invisible, can phase through walls like it's the average Tuesday, can spook the living crap out of people. Is a VFT (very freaking ticklish) ghost.

Connie the (Ticklish) Ghost (who flinches at one touch)

^ The lees she's gotten (that is, the ones who haven't found out about it) might have a FIELD DAY with that info

^ 'WAIT GUYS WE CAN TALK ABOUT THIS—WAIT—WAIT NOHOHOHOHO—'

Will try holding it in during the activity of tickling someone. Doesn't take her long to crack

Gigi enjoys targeting her A LOT.

^ I live in fear of the day she and Looey form an alliance and GET HER (definitely not a fic idea—yep it's a fic idea)

Massive squirmer, she squirms a whole bunch, you might have to restrain her

Kicks a lot (or uh, flails, or whatever you call it)

Cannot take what she dishes out for the love of her (especially the teasing, she simply cannot)

If you tease her she will holler at you to shut up and attempt shoving you away

^ She fails every time to the point where it's embarrassing for her

Worst spot is her tail. One flick there or even a raspberry, and she's GONE. DEAD. NONEXISTENT.

Massive shrieker.

^ And boy her shrieks are LOUD. In fact, it's so bad she has to hold them in sometimes. Cover your ears when you do a raspberry, she WILL pull out one of those.

Given that her raspberry tolerance SUCKS. The worse the spot, the louder the shrieking gets

A Ticklemare in Gardenview (Connie)

Part of a series called "A Ticklemare in Gardenview"

It’s no secret that when it came to Connie, she had an advantage over most Toons. Given that she was a ghost, walls were no issue, nor was the touch of other Toons.

So there is no way Astro could “attack” little-ol’ Connie? Right?

Oh but in Astro’s land of dreams, anything can happen. And Connie was about to learn that first hand…

It was a dark and stormy night as Connie floated around the manor she found herself in. With nobody else inside, Connie found herself quite bored.

Until, a creaking sound from the front door caught her attention. The cloaked figure that walked into the manor, whom Connie could not make out their identity, grabbed her interest. Finally, someone to scare!

Connie observed as the figure moseyed into the manor, past the paintings that followed ones movement, past the dining room fit for a banquet, and even up the creaky stairs that spiraled upwards.

The figure crept down the upstairs hallway, until they reached a blue door with a crescent moon on it. Connie slowly approached the figure from behind, ready to give the stranger a fright they wouldn't forget!

...What she was NOT ready for was the stranger to give Connie a fright of her own. As they quickly turned around...

And revealed a vacuum cleaner from under their cloak.

Before Connie could even react, the figured turned on the vacuum cleaner, which began to suck Connie into it.

"Wait! Wait! T-turn it off! I was just joking!" Connie protested as she clawed the floor in an attempt to escape the suction.

Alas, it was no use, as her griped loosened, sending her spiraling into the vacuum's chambers.

...

Connie then opened her eyes, to her relief she was not in a trash can or alternate dimension...but a glass coffin. Confused and panicked, she banged on the door in an attempt to get out of her situation, only to stop when the hooded figure approached the coffin.

And took off their hood to reveal...

"Ah, you're awake now..." he said.

"Astro?! What on earth is this all about?" Connie asked, attempting to phase through the coffin in her incorporeal stat, again to no avail. "And get me out of here!"

Cue a click of the tongue from Astro "Not until you learn a little lesson."

"...What?"

"Spooking Toons...Tickling them senseless...I think it's about time someone gave you a taste of your own medicine"

Connie's expression brightened into a smug smile. "There's no way, you can tickle me. I'm a ghost."

Astro merely smiled back "I was thinking you'd say that..." he then looked down to the piece of paper taped onto the coffin, one with a crescent moon. "That's what the talisman's for."

Connie's grin was practically wiped off her face, she gulped in realizing there ways no way she was getting out of this one.

Before she could protest further, Astro spawned a pair of hands inside the coffin with his magic to trickle up and down her sides.

"Srk-Astro! No-ho-ho!" snickered Connie, who tried to keep he composure as the hands continued to skitter and squirm.

Astro snickered "Astro, yes!"

"Astro! P-Please!" Connie's composure cracked further as she squirmed and squealed.

"Please...what? You need to be a bit more specific~" The dreamweaver teased, chuckling alongside Connie.

"Pl-HEHE-ase, le-hehet me AH-out!"

“Have you learned your lesson? I will once you do.”

“C-C’mon! This is a bit much for t-tickling the others a-a lot!” Connie chortled as her squirms made the coffin rattle and shake.

“Oh no, I think this a suitable form of karma~” the magic hands began to scribble at the squealing ghosts underarms. “I’m not mad at you for tickling the others.”

“I just think it’s time for you to be tickled for once.” He snickered. “So you know what it feels like on their end.”

If Connie’s “cool girl” composure wasn’t broken then, it was practically shattered by now.

“Oh! This must be your worst spot.” Astro snickered once again “The manor is practically filled with your laughter.”

It certainly was! That and the rattling and rocking of the glass coffin as Connie’s squirms and squeals fruitlessly tried to escape.

“OKAY! OKAY! I-HA-I get it!” Connie squealed. “Just let m-me out!”

“Ah ah ah~” Astro waved a disapproving finger at Connie’s demand. “What’s the magic word?”

“P-PLE-HEHE-ASE!”

“As you wish~”. At the snap of a finger, the magic hands disappeared into clouds of magical blue dust.

Astro gently took the talisman off the coffin and opened it up, finally setting Connie, the ticklish ghost, free.

“I'm *huff* free!!!" Connie announced between her huffs like she had been in there for ages.

"But don’t get it twisted, Astro. If you think I’ll let you get away scot free from that, you’ve got another thing coming!”

Astro snickered “I’d like to see you try…” then he walked out the door. But not before turning around to face Connie once more.

“Sweet dreams~”

Astro walked out the door, closing it behind him. On his way to another Toon’s dream no doubt.

Notes: As the halloween update is coming around soon, thought i'd jump back into these headcanons I was working on a while back, take them as you will! And yes, the fly emoji is because I think she rubs her hands together like a stupid fly/silly

Lee

• While she isn't a physical being or any solid matter, just fazing a hand through her has this sort of tingly effect on her that is like a tickle. And just wiggling your fingers over her like that can drive her crazy!

• Despite being able to easily get away from whoever is tickling her, she oddly stays put for at least some portion of it. If asked she will say that she was just caught off guard and couldn't think to move, but really... I think we know why.

• A teasing, cheeky ler, but flustered and panicked lee. Acts like all that until she gets the flip on it, sometimes from provoking, sometimes naturally. Either way all her confidence goes crashing and crumbling down.

• If it's really windy or a gust of wind brushes past her, i'd imagine instead of a shiver from the cold (which she can't feel the difference from) she would get a kind of sudden tickle from it. Tensing up with a yelp and just hoping noone saw that.

• The main people who do end up tickling her are Brightney, Gigi, and Flutter. Those being some of the only people who know how to really get her. Flutter usually can just flap her wing over Connie for a fun reaction, and Gigi has some playful back and forths with her too. Brightney usually is a softer approach than Gigi.

• Pretty ticklish everywhere, her sides especially drive her crazy. Just the feeling of being tickled from two points so close together gets her to a mess as she covers her face with her hat (visor?) and giggles herself to pieces.

• Her laughter has this kind of fade in with each little part to it, like it starts off quiet and then escalates to a lucid roar of a laugh. It sometimes sounds like multiple laughs together, like multiple spirits, and it has a very ghostly feel to it as she is a ghost. I also like to think she can start cackling once tickled long enough in the right spots. She gets hella embarrassed by it.

Ler

• Sly grins and sneaky moves, she goes all out evil as a ler(/silly). Being a ghost means she has her various little abilities like going through walls and invisibility to even just being able to float, and she definitely loves using these to her advantage.

• Turning invisible and sneaking behind her lee before striking, going over their head out of sight before throwing out a surprise attack. Even just her ghosty light blue hands have this phantom tickle effect that drives every lee crazy! And she absolutely eats this up.

• At the end of the day, she never goes too overboard with her tickling. She loves the quick sneaky slips in of a surprise tickle! Usually going off giggling herself after a second or two. Short and sweet.

• I think it would be cool if she could possess objects, like a feather, and use that to her advantage as she lacks much of a physical being really.

• Loves to go after Gigi as a big target, mostly for their back and forths and all. Looey and flutter she likes to tickle for her own little fun and teasing. She is far too skittish to try to tickle Brightney- Poor girl loses every bit of confidence and mischief in an instant.

Title: Too Cool for School

Connie wiped the sweat from her brow, sword raised high, her feet planted in the dirt of the Beach City training arena. Garnet stood across from her, arms folded, ever-imposing, yet calmly composed. The late afternoon sun cast long shadows as they trained, with Pearl off somewhere rearranging a star chart and Steven watching from the Temple steps with a juice box in hand.

“You’re improving fast,” Garnet said, voice as smooth and unreadable as always.

“Thanks,” Connie grinned, doing a spin flourish with her blade. “I think I might even be able to beat you soon!”

Garnet raised an eyebrow. “Is that so?”

Connie nodded, puffing her chest just a little. “Well, you are the best, but I’ve been practicing every day. I’ve got reflexes now, strategy—I’ve basically mastered all this. You might want to watch out.”

Steven tried to stifle a laugh but it came out as a loud snort. Garnet gave him a knowing smirk before turning back to Connie.

“I see…” she said slowly, stepping forward. “You think you’ve got everything figured out?”

“Pretty much!” Connie chirped, twirling her sword again.

In an instant, Garnet was in front of her. Connie flinched, but Garnet didn’t strike. Instead, she gently plucked the sword from Connie’s hands with one finger and casually tossed it to the ground.

“H-hey!” Connie yelped. “That’s cheating!”

Garnet leaned in with a grin that spelled trouble. “You’re quick with a sword,” she said, removing her gloves, “but are you ready for… this?”

Connie didn’t even have time to ask before Garnet’s hands were on her sides, fingers dancing mercilessly. Connie squealed—literally squealed—as she collapsed into a fit of laughter, squirming under Garnet’s surprisingly precise and gentle tickle attack.

“GAH—NOHOHO! GARNET! THAHAHAT’S NOT FAIR!!”

“Is this how a master warrior reacts?” Garnet teased, her voice playful now, each word emphasized with a new wave of tickles to Connie’s ribs and stomach.

“STEVEN HELP ME! I’M BEING MURDERED!”

Steven raised his juice box in solemn salute. “You brought this on yourself, Connie.”

“Mercy!” Connie gasped between giggles, falling to the grass, breathless and red-faced. “Mercy! I yield!”

Garnet finally stopped, kneeling beside her. “Let that be your lesson,” she said, adjusting her shades. “Confidence is good. Overconfidence? Ticklish.”

Connie giggled again, still catching her breath. “You’re evil. Like, secretly evil.”

Garnet stood and offered her a hand. “Evil keeps you humble.”

Connie took it, still giggling. “Next time, I’m wearing armor. Full armor.”

“That won’t help you,” Garnet said with a poke to her side causing Connie to squeak.
