Longwood Gardens; Orchid Extravaganza

Each year, an array of orchids are artfully displayed in the conservatory, Pierce du Pont house, and the Visitor Center here at Longwood Gardens.  This year over 4,500 orchids are on display, including stunning varieties such as Cattleya, Dendrobium, Phalaenopsis, Paphiopedilum and Oncidium.  

 On par with the natural time of year in which orchid species are in peak flower, Orchid Extravaganza will be on display from January 21-March 31, 2017.

*******Pokemon Charity Tattoos******* Old London Road Tattoos and Marie Terry have come up with a fundraising tattoo charity idea, which combine our three favorite things. Tattoos, Pokemon and helping animals in need.

So here is the nitty gritty guys. Marie is looking to tattoo all generations of Pokemon, she is only going to do ONE of each type though! The minimum donation is £60, 100% of the money is going to support some fantastic animal charities. So far we have decided to donate to Celia Hammond Animal Trust and K9 Partners - Sanctuary Dogs as these charities are no kill and do an incredible job! Pick your #pokemon and Marie will do the rest!
