I'm working on two art pieces at the same time and I hope I'll finish them soon. In the meantime, I present you the bench's love triangle.
Did you know that in the old days of the fandom the bench used to be married to Fudou? The modern victim of the bench jokes became Shishido once the Spanish fandom popularized the "Sam al banquillo" meme.
Okay, so I have been working on something 🤭 For the longest time I wanted to tackle fukaze again, and a god-induced epiphany hit me one day: why not make an au in which Caleb/Fudou is an ambitious drummer and Nathan/Kazemaru is a frustrated bartender? AND WHY NOT MAKE IT AN ENEMIES TO FRIENDS TO LOVERS?
It was all happiness and giggles until I started writing and somehow ended up with a 50k longifc. Still ongoing. So. Yeah. Thought it'd be nice to share, as well as some art I did at the time. The first chapter is out. Hope you'll give a shot!
In case you want to know more about the AU, here are some things:
Fudou is the drummer in an emerging band named Ecstasy. Tsunami is the guitarist, Someoka's the bassist and Tobitaka is the singer. Moreover, Fudou tends to do some backup vocals from now and then (will be important for the story at some point hehe)
Kazemaru, on the other hand, has quit football bc he feels like he doesn't measure up. In the process, he has relinquished Endou and all his other friends at the team as well. Fubuki helped him find a job at a bar, which just happens to be where the band plays at some nights.
Fudou has a very special relationship with Sakuma (pushing my platonic FuSaku agenda >:D ), and he's one of the few he lets close. He kind of has trust issues due to his past and finds it very difficult to form meaningful, vulnerable connections.
Kazemaru is very close with both Fubuki and Midorikawa. Fubuki is still bitter he left the club, though. Regarding Endou, Kidou and Gouenji... he completely cut them off his life when he quit (another turning point, yuhu)
Sakuma and Kidou are dating. The latter gets on with Fudou too.
Kazemaru's collegue is Touko, AND TOUKO IS DATING RIKA 😋
The og friendships obviously persist: Break Trio, Tsunami and Tachimukai (and Touko too), Tobitaka and Toramaru, Fubuki and Someoka, etc.
Well, those are kind of the basics, I don't wanna spoil anything haha.
I don't care what anyone says, Inazuma Eleven players are magical girls 💫
•First and foremost: each player has their unique power, color, element, representative animal
• A LOT of suffering, masked in an adorable, innocent aesthetic 🎀
Themes of child exploitation, emotional abuse, abandonment. And many many deaths...
• Problems are solved with the power of friendship 🧑🤝🧑
Usually because there's A LOT of irresponsible adults in this anime geez, and the kids end up finding more strength and support in each other than in any adult
• Sadly enough there's only physical transformations in Tenma's saga
But there is intense internal transformation, characters who completely change their life view (in all seasons)

I love SakuHaru getting married as an idea but for my AU where the 3 of them are together I think Genda and Haruna are the ones who’d legally get married
I imagine Genda to be in a very traditional family so his parents would pressure him to marry pretty young
So they’d all agree that GenHaru getting officially married would be the best choice
