Accidentally Soul Bound (Eddsworld Demon AU)

(i have decided to go hog wild and post my ideas for an AU so if you’d like to sit back and read please enjoy!!)
* Coming across an aged unmarked leather bound book in your local library you take it upon yourself bringing it home with you to investigate. Flipping through the pages and hours of internet sleuthing you’ve learned that what you stumbled upon was a grimoire with bounds and bounds of sigils of demonic summoning crest. Now, did you believe in demonic rituals, the paranormal? No. Were you going to attempt the rituals presented to you unsupervised? Absolutely! Frantically you collect the items listed in the book substituting for what you lacked wanting to try the summonings. In total you’ve tried four summoning just for each one to “fail” before you wasted enough of your salt. Ultimately relenting coming to the conclusion that this was all bologna and the sigils were the scrawlings of a kook. Headed up to your room greeting your bed with a sigh sinking into the covers sleep taking you away to a land of fantastically dreams until an alarm rips you awake from comforting slumber. Rubbing away the sleep in the corners of your eyes when your vision finally comes into focus rest on four figures littering your living room, four pairs of eyes rest on your weary form with sly grins splaying over their features. Say hello to your new roommates!
* Your newly established roommates are demons who have soul bounded themselves to you unwillingly in lame man’s terms that mean they couldn’t leave. In a more thorough explanation they wouldn’t leave until a task is completed by one of them that is mutually agreed upon by all parties involved. If there isn’t a mutual breaking of the bound the demon has to stay with their newly established master until terms are agreed and set in stone. However, each member of Edd’s gang has a reason for staying on Earth not wanting to leave to the underworld
* Edd wants to stay for two main reasons, 1. He has all the sweets and soda possible to him and 2. He never really saw himself fitting in well with the other demon’s finding more comfort in relaxing than stealing, torturing souls. Matt wants to stay because of his curiosity in humans. After all he is the youngest demon in the group which means he hasn’t seen humans as much or after as the other’s. Tom stays because he doesn’t have friends in the underworld other than Matt and Edd(Tord as well much to Tom’s chagrin) being rather stand off-ish. Tord stays for the fact the it gets under Tom’s and your skin loving every minute of bugging the two of you. They are selfish, curious and annoying. What can you expect from demons?
* Edd is a cat demon appearing with cat like features on him being the flicking ears a top his head and the twitching tail flowing behind him. He dresses in laz clothing not really caring for how demonic he comes across to other’s around him. With that said he also doesn’t gain energy from consuming souls rather consuming various amounts of sweets, cola being his favorite. He tends to find the house comforting only really leaving if he is the only one in the house or utterly bored.
* Matt is a bat/vampiric demon appearing as how most would see a classic vampire, sharp fangs along with pointed ears to match and an almost translucent sheen to his skin. He is the “youngest” out of the group not being nearly as experienced as the others in human knowledge yet is enthusiastic to learn what he can while on earth. His fashion is trendy enjoying the latest in the fashion scene and flashy.
* Tom is a generic demon in every sense of the word. If you were ask to draw a demon you’d probably get really close to how he already looked off the cuff. He is a seasoned demon having seen a couple hundred years of humanity alongside Edd and Tord soon he grew bored of humans seeing them as a source of food nothing more. Like previously stated, he only stays on earth for Edd and Matt enjoying their presence more than he’d care to admit. (Even Tord to an extant)
* Tord is the demons pastor’s warn of from passages in the Bible, a satyr. He stays on Earth just because he can! He enjoys the fact that it annoys Tom and how interesting Earth has become after years of advancements. He even finds himself growing fond of the technological advancements humans have made. He is the oldest out of the group which lends itself to his wit on the other hand he has become slightly callous only enjoying their presence more company of very few.
