Because of his exceptionally high intelligence, large memory capacity and advanced scanning capabilities, Skids was chosen as a member of the Temporal Threat Countermeasures Team, he was to head "Operation Distant Thunder". A plan to reverse the changes made to the space time continuum by Ravage.
