i have struggled to find tutorials & templates for making handmade egl pieces , sooo — i made this account ! hopefully it can help someone 🤍

if you find a tutorial that isnt on this account , I'd appreciate if you sent me an ask linking it !

i dont purely post egl tuts as that is very hard to jump straight into . there are other tuts like pleated skirts and upcycling blouses that include experiences that are good to have when making handmade egl pieces . please dont be disappointed as this is still directed towards egl !

miniature — miniature tutorials or explanations , could be doll clothes / patterns or just lessons , etc .

humansized — not miniature (for humans - actual tutorials)

english — in english

other language — tutorial / patterns in another language

pattern — sewing patterns

for patterns it will say wether theyre free or paid . patterns can also be tagged in the same posts as video tutorial or text tutorial as sometimes those include patterns !

video tutorial — as the name says . could be youtube or tiktok , etc .

text tutorial — written tutorial

general sewing — tutorials / lessons for sewing in general , not specifically egl but good to know .

loliable — could potentially be used as casual lolita or accessories , etc ..

egl directed — specifically directed towards egl

old — old tutorial (from 2015 or older)

middle — not old but not new tutorial (2016-2021)

new — somewhat new tutorial (2022-present)

basic — for people who are completely new to sewing (will mostly be general sewing tutorials instead of going straight to - lets say - a full jsk!) some of it arent extremely easy but its for experience.

easy — easy .. could be for beginners . some of these are a bit harder but it's because theres only four categories .

intermediate — harder than easy but not advanced .

advanced — you need some experience for this .

keep in mind that this account is mostly targeted to egl and since egl clothing is (for the most part) harder than normal clothing - the things that would be advanced in normal clothing might be in the intermediate category here , and easy might be a bit harder than usual . thats why we have the basic category c:
