âMovinâs nae ever easy,â he murmured, chuckling quietly at the shrug. ââSpecially nae outta the states. Did that meself, 'bout a year or two ago.â Seamus shrugged a bit, returning the grin the younger man sent him. âLike plastic, eh? Well, thatâs good tae here.â
Maeve moved to lean further into the brunetâs hand as he listened to the other man. His fingers carded through the fur near her ears, humming affirmatively. âAye, from time tae time. âM out in Besydus but I like the trails. âS quiet.â
âYouâre tellinâ me,â Felix exhaled, giving a quick louder laugh as he wiped the mock-sweat from his forehead. âI ainât sure Iâve had so much trouble sortinâ out somethinâ before. Not since needinâ to carefully carve a fellaâs cat out of a glass table. Tricky one that one.â He perked up when the other mentioned having moved from the states himself. He hadnât expected it, considering the otherâs accent, but he was intrigued all the same. âYou moved from the states, huh? Where âbouts you from?â
He gave a quick glance around his surroundings and smiled softly. Heâd honestly been talking and walking and being in his own world for such a period that heâd barely noticed where he had gotten to. Now that he had a moment to pause and take it in, he had to agree. âItâs real peaceful-like, Iâll give it that. Can imagine how a fella might wanna come here and just... breathe.âÂ
