In the first film, Olaf has very little to go off of as far as the outside world goes, due to limited experiences. Because of this, he often makes up scenarios, and imagines himself within those scenarios, regardless of how realistic it seems. The most prominent of this, being his desire to experience summer- despite being a snowman. In the second movie, we see a little more of his inferior Si, as he recounts the adventures from the first film, as well as recounts information he had learned.

Auxiliary Fi (Introverted Feeling) / Tertiary Te (Extroverted Thinking)

Olaf cares a lot about his friends, especially Anna and Elsa, and does whatever it takes to protect them. He is often optimistic, comforting Anna when she is upset and loses sight of her own optimism, encouraging her to act with her own Te. Not only that, but in the second movie, we see Olaf using his Te to become invested with knowledge of the outside world.

Olaf is very adventurous, constantly wanting to experience new things, and not wanting to miss out. He does this by asserting himself in the outside world, seeking out the adventures for himself, and throwing himself into the unknown.
