Anna (Frozen) - Personality
"Excuse me, I climbed the North Mountain, survived a frozen heart, and saved you from my ex-boyfriend. And I did it all without powers. So, you know, I'm coming."
MBTI - ESFP [Se-Fi-Te-Ni]
Dominant Se [Extroverted Sensing] / Inferior Ni [Introverted Intuition]
Anna relies on the outside world, which can be her greatest strength or her greatest weakness. She is quick on her feet and often reacts quickly to things, which has saved herself and others on several occasions; with the wolves, throwing herself in front of Elsa to save her, saving Arendelle in the second movie. However, her struggle with thinking through her actions and future implications of them (inferior Ni) has put her in dangerous situations several times. The older she gets, the healthier her Se gets however. In the second movie, when grief overcomes her, she uses her Se to keep moving forward instead of overcoming
Auxiliary Fi [Introverted Feeling] / Tertiary Te [Extroverted Thinking]
Anna’s emotions are a huge guiding factor for her. She has strong morals and strong emotions, that sometimes differ from the overall morals and feelings of the group. She is the only one in the first movie who believed that there was good in Elsa, despite everyone’s objections. She is also good at making in the moment decisions, indicating strong tertiary Te.
Anna wants to feel loved and connected to the world around her, which is a basic desire for type 2 enneagram. She is afraid of being alone, and more than anything she desires the affection of her sister- or anyone, really. She does this by taking care of her community and her kingdom, eventually becoming the Queen.
