We have all heard of Brussels and, however, we do not have a clear picture of this city: halfway between the capital of the European institutions and the base of operations for sightseeing tours (Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp …) Brussels has far more to offer for those who live there and have the opportunity to get to know it every day. As an architect, and “adopted” Bruxellois for two years, I will try to tell you from my point of view, and through my “arquicomics” what this city is like. To this end, I propose to start this “presentation” of Brussels by its most characteristic element: the “maison bruxelloise”, a house typology apparently simple but which has consequences for the urban fabric, lifestyle, interior spaces, and density of this city.

Mola Kit Estructural. These are some pictures of the work of Alexander Brodsky & Ilya Utkin, two russian “paper architects”. While not directly influencing the style and structure of the film, their art, blending social critique, psychology and architecture, is very much part of the spirit of the film

Como dice una crítica que he encontrado en Internet: “De acuerdo, es morboso, canallesco… pero tan divertido. ¡Hay que verlo para apreciarlo!

Johnny is a Space Delivery Man who travels to different planets to deliver packages. When the spaceship arrives at the destination, all he has to do is simply deliver the box. However, it never goes as planned…

As a review in Internet says: “Sure, it’s sick and mean—but so funny. You just have to see it to appreciate it!!!”
Jajaja! Un poco sádico pero muy bueno
The Wasatch Mountains-I used to live in the shadows of these massive things. They are incredible if you are ever out in Salt Lake or Park City. I’m still not used to seeing skyscrapers or the lack thereof out here on the east coast. These are a few images I’ve been developing for a new project…maybe book if I can get my act together. Stay warm:)

This is 1,5 years of work now finally coming together for the Danish LEGO World in Copenhagen 2014. I have evolved my building techniques quite a bit with this project and I'm thrilled to see how it will maybe inspire others. I will be adding pictures slowly up until the release event so come back to see more in the next month and a half.
