You can't send asks to dash only blogs rn 😔

Oh I wanted to send an ask to a blog that isn’t dash only and I also checked with multiple of my mutuals to try and find out where the f the asks button went, but I seriously can’t find it ):

Uh, how/ where do you send people asks? The plus button only opens IMs and no longer shows me the option to click “ask” and going to someone’s blog and doing /ask makes it show up all wonky-like???

I’ve been told the dash update hit the Tumblrs so I went to check how bad it really is, but!! As long everything’s still dark colors wise (I’m pretty sure my Stylish for dark Tumblr is still working), I’m totally good because that means I won’t get any headaches from staring at Tumblr too long.  Sure, formatting was all nice and dandy, but I personally think that throughout the years quite the percentage of the RPC started to direct their focus so much on formatting that they forgot to actually write. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing if you can surround yourself with people who’re like-minded, but for me it was something I hit up against often because it was hard to find people who were like-minded to me. 

In fact, maybe I’ll feel more inclined to actually make a comeback now, and continue writing without issue or hiatuses!!

Orion is still very much alive and kicking, but it’s my ass that’s lacking motivation, plus my heart still YEARNS for my main bitch Mallow but hey. I’ll get to the asks sooner or later!! He was obviously a bit embarrassed by her offer wasn’t he? At least, that’s what Rui seemed to be picking up on. Why else would he suddenly try to puff out his chest and act untouchable? Wounded pride tended to hide behind confidence after all. However, after a beat of silence, Rui simply cannot bite back a laugh, hand travelling upwards to cup her smiling lips.

“V-Vlad the Impaler was a vampire! Not a werewolf!”

Why that struck the girl as so funny, he may never know, but she hadn’t spent her life researching and fantasizing about the supernatural and macabre for nothing. His words do manage to bring her out of her giggle fit though, and she feels her face beginning to get hot.

“Oh no it’s-! It’s nothing really! I just…. I-i don’t want anyone to be in a bad spot or….”

                 ✭ ꙳ ⭒ ━ STAR. The dancer’s laughter almost caught him completely off guard ( not that his guard was ever really up to begin with ), he can’t help but beam some in return. It was pretty fucking cute if he had to admit, and so was her correcting him. How would she react if he told her Vlad the Impaler was an actual vampire? 

Of course at this point he’s long been impaled himself.

“Your good,” he murmured quickly betwixt fangs as he briefly placed his warm hand on her shoulder. “Guess you go by pumpkin ‘cause Halloween?” Honestly, it’d fit. For more reasons than just one. “Whats your real name? If you don’t wanna share that’s cool too, I ain’t pressed.”

                 ✭ ꙳ ⭒ ━ STAR. Lump in throat, Orion could hardly hear the twins through the thrum within his chest. Mind seemed seconds from disconnecting and floating off into the distance, away from the burden laid upon him. The young wolf wasn’t like his mother━ he couldn’t. 

“I’m no fuckin’ pussy,” he stammered before shaking their arms from his shoulders with a large stride forwards. 

“But I ain’t robbin’ nothin’. People workin’ there ain’t even get paid enough to fuckin’ live and ya’ll are just okay with fuckin’ with them and their fuckin’... Stability and shit? Nah.” The jolly demeanor had been reduced to naught, making place for one awfully familiar. ( That stern expression. ) 

              “This world’s fucked up as it is.”

Hello all!! I am once again asking for your patience. I’m planning to make a return here coming week/ weekend. There’s just 2 drafts and 1 ask waiting for me (if Tumblr isn’t fucking with me), so I’ll try getting to those first before I’ll make an attempt to get more interactions going or at least plot.
