Hyunjin yearned for him like the moon yearned for the sun. He moved through each day in repetitive patterns, working for everyone but himself, providing a dim light that most could do without. But there was always a small part of his day where their paths would cross — Hyunjin’s moon with Seungmin’s sun. Their lights would meet, teasing in the dawn. Hyunjin looked forward to this every day, the brief moment in which he and Seungmin could trade looks in a cosmic-level dance. He would see the world brighten for just a moment, before he was plunged into darkness once again. Maybe he couldn’t see Seungmin in true light, as that would jeopardize years of progress. But, for one moment, Hyunjin could yearn. It was enough for him, (he paid no mind to the fact that it had to be), as knowing him in torment was better than not knowing him at all.
