#consciously thinking about this and there's actually so many things I'll go get more of the second i run out #honey and butter. so much butter #paprika. oregano. basil. sage.#soy sauce oyster sauce shaoxing wine #ik it says OTHER than olive oil but i do always stock sunflower olive and pumpkin seed oil #hondashi #caramelised sugar. i make it in batches and store in ice cube trays #baking staples:#baking powder baking soda vanilla sugar yeast all go without saying #but also cinnamon cloves nutmeg #demerara #vanilla extract #SO MUCH BUTTER YOU GUYS #and that's just things that i could conceivably count as condiments or spices #rather than Ingredients TM #so no flour no milk eggs cheese sour cream fruit veggies tuna dried mushrooms noodles rice etc even if i have some of them always on hand #and also no coffee tea juice and so on #i made an exception for butter bc guys #SO MUCH BUTTER #probably forgetting things but oh well i'll remember when i run out lol #IMMEDIATE EDIT garlic powder. i should make more actually
