Damn okay vent time. I haven’t been active in like seven months on here lol. I actually stopped taking my medication consistently (don’t do that), then stopped taking it completely (definitely don’t do that), and ended up in a pretty awful place mentally. Between work and everything else it all overwhelmed me and I took to just avoiding everything (awful idea). But now that I can enjoy the things i objectively like to do again (woo!), things are better. I’m actually ridiculously excited that I’ve been playing Skyrim lately, actually getting invested in it and playing it for more than an hour a day, because that means I’m getting better. I’m able to do the things I like doing again and that’s a good start :)
