Fun fact the max speed of a Valstrax can exceed the wind force of a Daora. However...

She was far, very far from the reaches of her home in Yukomo. While she was accustomed to high elevations, something about this particular mountain felt different. The brisk air and chilly temperatures certainly weren’t doing her any favors; the cold didn’t agree with the huntress.
Still, Neo possessed a strong ambition to sate her adventurous desires and so, exploring this mountain meant that she’d deal with discomfort for a while.
Progressing further (and higher), she began to notice that the wildlife in these parts seemed to stay distant, in comparison to the bottom of the mountain.
Something must be here…
Remnants of animal parts could be seen as the climb continued; traces of bones and blood blended in with the environment. In time, the surroundings began to look more like feasting ground.
Fiery hues soon saw it; a large figure with a metallic body and massive wings.
Kushala Daora: an elderdragon. She had never seen one in person before until now, but plenty of hunter tales met her ears in the past about this great creature.
Instinctively, she went to reach for her blades, however… she stopped ahead of the notion and remained still as could be. This wasn’t a fight she was prepared for and needless to say, that’s not why she came to the mountain in the first place.
Out of curiosity, the woman instead reached into her pack to retrieve a few strips of jerky and tossed them out a ways in front of her- just to see what may happen.
it was like a cat when it came to its food, using its overly long neck to grab hold of each small piece of jerky and snap it all with its mighty [but not that strong] jaw. Each one eaten with gusto as if it was starving.
It was still hungry.
Kushala Daora looks past the direction and see’s the hunter, its body movign slowly like a lumbering beast as it puts its nose to the ground, attempting to smell for more food. Slowly walking towards the hunter who had tossed it. If the hunter had not moved, the daora would have had its nose close to the pack and poking it. As if it dropped more jerky or not. Its huge nose and body too close for comfort.
Huffs.
I’m one of those people who like to talk in their tags and I get very bored if I don’t.

“The fact that your defending yourself and explaining, from simply instructions speaks volumes. Don’t kill anything. Not for any purpose, and if something attacked you in the mountains. Its because you were stupid enough to provoked it.”
“I could care less about the humans and other people. Don’t kill any of the wild life at all. Run if you must.”

Rose turned to the stranger. “Can I assume you are a local? I could use some info before I go up there.”
“Game keeper. As in a hunter or a preserver.” But he steers the direction of the conversation to something else, his own method of preservation were best left up to others to decide if it was safe or not.
“Don’t kill anything. Don’t spill blood at all. And don’t expect help if you get lost in the mountains.”

“I would welcome you to the mountains. But I advise that you keep your voice silent at all times. “ The wyverien in elder dragon armor says, already at the foot of the mountain and warning travellers of its danger. “The Kushala Daora resents being woken if people do not... be quiet for a certain amount of time.”

“I wouldn’t go nearer if I were you, stranger. The Kushala Daora does not suffer strangers going through his territory.” Firm stance as he stands in the way of the stranger, strong winds almost to hurricane level a few miles behind him. It seems he’s also doing this to block people way and protect themselves from such strong winds. In the very windy background, you can see the outline of something huge and flying.
