I worked on TDA and TDWT, I wasn't an intern, originally i was, dispite my age, an inspector for network.i came to the TDA set every few weeks to inspect it and show statistics. That was utill I made a deal with chis,which I highly regret. the inspection job how i even go it? my dad's network head and didn't want to pay an actual inspector.he's horrible guy, worse than 'Mr.Vanity" *cough* chris mclean *cough* Really,my father makes Chris look like a saint! That was bonding?  Ok... Mandie is purely deranged.  Reggie felt bad for any biological children she ever would have.  If someone actually decided to have a child with her.

“Uh... I never thought I’d say this but, I’ll be bait in this case.  I don’t believe in arranged and or forced marriages.  And Mark’s a cool guy.”

“I- I…” she was being hugged tight by the fairy.  Reggie didn’t know what to think here.  Sure, Cosmo and Wanda might be cool parents.  But, then she had-thinking about it- Cosmo and Wanda were way better.  He biological parents were shit.  She was still off about it.  “Cosmo… a little tight.”  Ok, that was an excuse.  She really had to process it.

“What a relief!  I don’t want to fade into the void.  A lottt of godkids tell everyone I forget to tell them that.  Wanda would kill me for that.  Don’t tell her I forgot to tell you about us going away if you tell.  She’ll think I’m an idiot.” Cosmo rambled on about that.  However, he WAS nervous about that happening.  In the back of his mind the thought of Wanda poofing in at any moment scared him.  She always told him not to go to the godchild without her for the introduction.  He messed up 4 assignments for them by doing that.  He was lucky Reggie claimed she wouldn’t tell.  Regardless, Cosmo had a feeling that Wanda will yell at him no matter what went on.  Maybe, if Wanda saw Reggie REALLY happy then, he won’t get yelled at?  “HA! 3 WISHES?!  That’s a genie.  They’re lame.  Limited to only 3 rule free wishes.  Fairies are better!  With me, you have UNLIMITED WISHES!  With rules behind them.” He said while almost throwing his wand out of his hand from the excitement!  “You can wish for anything you want!  Anywhere you want to go, you got it!  Except for Atlantas or Montrose, Arkansas.” He poofed up a map of Arkansas pointing to Montrose.

“It’s safe with me...“ Oh how it was. This was just getting weirder and weirder.  Reggie got some off vibes from this guy.  She normally doesn’t judge people but, Cosmo was giving off some kind of ‘idiot’ vibe.  Then again, it WAS her imagination and people have said Reggie was ‘creative’ so this guy can be anything.  “Rule free yea sounds lame.” she said sarcastically.  Cool she has unlimited ones but rule free- wait.  Wishes had rules?  “... There are RULES behind wishing?  Why can’t I wish to go to Montrose or Atlantis?  Shame can’t go to Atlantis, I always wanted to go to that resort.  I can careless about Montrose, never heard of it till now....  THERE ARE RULES BEHIND WISHING?!”

Cosmo had no idea what ‘mistake’ meant.  How is a child a mistake?  He heard Wanda say the term before and she was always sad about.  Told him it’s a bad thing but, he still didn’t understand it.  “I don’t think I am.”  He said in a way not meaning to sound ignorant.  He’s just himself.  Hopefully, it didn’t hurt her feelings.  This child was hurt enough.  He thought.  Maybe her parents were worse than other assignments?  This time it wasn’t an exaggerated projection?  “well, I ask cause.  You look sad.  I wanna have fuunnnnnnnnn I think you do too. Aaaand….. we can’t go anywhere or do something fun unless you wish for it.  Oh and you can’t tell anyone about us or we’ll go away forever!”

Go away forever?  Yes.  It’s official.  This had to be a dream.  Forever probably meant ‘wake up’ and telling someone probably meant ‘crazy, you’re probably losing it cause this is a dream!’ Why did he keep saying ‘us’? probably their friendship, which doesn’t even exist,  or his invisible wife.  That or the meds she’s falsely put on messed with her head. “Trust me, I plan not to tell anyone.  So... what do I wish for exactly?  What can we do? Are there only 3?”

Reggie fixes her hair and just stares. She backs away SLOWLY. “Is someone stepping on a crack?” She points in the distance and runs off.

He listened to her situation.  “That sounds scary.  Don’t worry about it, I don’t know a lot of stuff!” he said in an attempt to cheer Reggie up. “I care!” Cosmo said in a slight whiney voice.  “Not care?  Why won’t anyone care?” He never understood why.  That statement made him said.  It’s common with a LOT of the godchildren they’ve had.  However, it was actually slim that no one cared.  If Reggie was talking about her parents that is.  Most parents didn’t really ignore the child, they were just busy that made it seem that way,  And times FairyWorld exaggerates on the files.   Of course Cosmo wouldn’t know about the exaggerations but, he seen busy parents too much.  Reggie could be projecting it much worse than it was because the file did say she had no friends.  Well, that’s going to change.  “WANNA DO SOMETHING FUN!?” Cosmo pulls out his wand with a smile on his face.  “I do!  Let’s do something fun!  It can be something magical and fun!  Can we?!   Pllleeeeaaasssseeee?!”

“it’s more awkward than scary-” what the heck was she doing?!  Talking to this figment like nothing?  Was she THAT desperate?!  Hopefully, this was a dream or she was saying this in her mind and not out loud. Luckily, her parents weren’t home. Reggie could only imagine what they’d do if they saw her talking to nothing. Probably be sent to a psychologist. She hated them, was sent to them frequently for pointless reasons, falsely medicated to. “I’m sure your mom isn’t dumb as a rock and forgets your name. I’m sure both your parents don’t emphasize on the fact you’re a mistake. If you are one that is.“ Cosmo wanted to hang with her? Acting like a friend? Yea. Made up person. "Uh… Sure? Why are you asking if you can?”

Reggie’s tone of voice scared Cosmo for a second.  He didn’t expect that.  But. he quickly got over the shock.  “because, I’m your godfather?” he didn’t know how to respond to that properly.  If Wanda was here she’d probably hit him for that.  Cosmo then burst out some of his deep thoughts  “I DON’T LIKE FROWNY SAD FACES!“  His shock came back “DON’T KILL ME!”  So far this assignment didn’t seem to go as well he hoped.  Cosmo thought by now Reggie would come up with some wishes besides the first one.  One of the things he loved about his job was going on adventures with his godkid!  Maybe Wanda would get her to crack.  Cosmo didn’t understand, when a child would ignore magic, well never understood it.  Cosmo wasn’t that bright, but the one thing he knew well was when a child was sad and when a child needs fairies.  Even if he could never pick up on the reason.  Reggie fit the catagory.   “plleeeaaasssseeeee tell me?“

It had to be a joke, who would care about her?  “Sure.  Right.  You can’t be real. No one cares about me.”  Her mind was highly imaginative at this moment.  Maybe.  Maybe it was a dream.  It would make sense, why would somebody float?  How would they have wings?  Reggie sighed.  She did feel the need to vent.  Sometimes wished she had someone to talk to.  A friend or who knows what.  It was proven since Reggie imagined a person, aka, Cosmo who asked her if she’s ok.  Might as well tell.  It was a dream anyway,  “I failed a test. Our teacher likes to embarrass kids who fail by making them go up to the board and write down the answer to a question they won’t know.  Then some other things happened.  I don’t want to go into detail.”

“No. godparents!  You’ll see later.  Lye down?” he frowned.  He wanted to have some fun.  “Don’t you want to do something cool?” Then again, the reaction Reggie had was common.  And looking at the details of her file.  Which he really didn’t, it would show she gets stressed out and could think something like that.  “What are you stressed about? Haven’t you ever seen a fairy before?” 

“I can’t say that I have… See later? When I’ve lost it?” Did Cosmo just ask her what she’s stressed about? Yes, got to be a figment. NO ONE’s ever concerned about her. Or was he? Something was up. “Well-” no why?! “Why do YOU care?!” She asked coldly.

“Common sense?” he laughed.  “Schools don’t have that.  It was magic!”   He looked at Reggie who seemed to start to ignore him.  That won’t be good,  He granted her first wish and now, him AND Wanda are bound.  If she doesn’t make more within a few days, they’ll BOTH get magical buildup,  But, Cosmo being the idiot he was, didn’t have that in his mind at all. “I’m Cosmo and there’s Wanda, and we’re your fairy godparents!“ he said the whole intro out of habit despite Wanda not being there.

“Nice to meet you Cosmo.  I can’t argue with that logic about the schools....  Don’t you mean godparen-” Wait.  What was she doing?!  She was talking to a weird who knows what?!  And apparently this weird thing has an invisible wife named Wanda.  Wait- did Cosmo say he was a FAIRY?!  Magic?! “I’m going to lye down...”

He was hovering over Reggie’s bed at the time she ran in.  She looked ether agitated or sad.  He hated to see that on his god child’s face.   And hoped to fix it fast so Wanda doesn’t think HE caused it.  Cosmo loved his wife but, there were moments where she jumped to conclusions too quickly.  She might be mad at him just for coming here without her. He did that once, unfortunately he failed to tell the kid rules like you can’t tell anyone about having fairies and he axcidently exposed himself.  Causing both him and Wanda to be taken away.  The assignment was lost within an hour.  Did his godchild make a wish already?  He was granting that.  Maybe Wanda would be proud of him for having a head start and granting some wishes on his own.  Without even introducing himself to Reggie or asking for clarification about the wish he granted it.  “DONE!” He shouted as his wand dinged. Cosmo poofed himself in front of her with a large grin on his face. “Hi Reggie!”

“DONE!” Did Reggie hear a voice?  No.  Stress it has to be stress.  That test took a toll on her.  The phone rang “I hope this is real” she picked up. “No more uniforms?!  SWEET!  I mean... wonderful.”  “They finally have comon sense.” She started taking out clothes untill there was smoke and a... green-haired floating guy with wings and crown was in front of her?  She blinked "How do you know my-  Who are you” that guy could not be real. “I’m talking to a figment...  Stress.“

Normally, Cosmo AND Wanda would be there together to greet their new godchild but in this case Cosmo just couldn’t wait! While Wanda was busy he decided to get a head start on the assignment. Wanda won’t get mad…. Right? It wasn’t like he was going to reveal himself to a random kid. Looking at the file, he had a feeling he was going to like this kid. Besides, this gave him some time before his new godkid would find out he’s a total idiot and before Wanda would but in on wishes. Wanda always did that and would try to tone down on extreme wishes. Sometimes, it worked. He poofed himself into the child’s room and waited for them to arrive.

Reggie was having a rough day.  Failed a test and the teacher loved to embarass kids that did horrible by having them run up to the board and give them something to explain which usually was the topic they don’t understand.  Heck!  Who is she kidding?!  Almost any day is rough.  She hated her school, a private one she was sent to and she DID NOT FIT IN!  Everyone was an ass hole and no one was real.  All fake.  No friends at all, only friend she once had actually used her to have a hope of being on tv....  Only thing she had in common with anyone there was, her parents are rich ass holes.  Ok, mainly her Father was the asshole her mom was just.... ditzy and barely remembered her name.  Maybe life isn’t that bad they do ignore her... no matter what she does.  Only time gets noticed is if she does something they like which is rare. she has none of the same goals as them.  It’s worse they told her she was a mistake.  Life was just a mess.  School was finally over, she walked in the house.  No one home.  Doesn’t matter really, they’re barely home sometimes forgets she exsits.  She ran up to her room to change out of her uniform and just relax.  “Stupid school.... Stupid uniform... I wish they didn’t have a strict dress code or heck!  rid of the uniforms.” she muttered to herself not even realizing if anyone or anything was in the room.

It all made sense now.  18 was an age teens and kids feared(unless they want to grow up like the Delightful Dorks)  as much as KND operatives feared the age 13.  At age 18, you’re an adult.  Nigel wasn’t a teenager but, he could understand the feeling.  He couldn’t blame Reggie, for he to, was scared of growing up and becoming an adult. No one wants to grow up.  “I see.  I can’t blame you.  I wish there was something I could do.  Growing up is..” he didn’t know how to handle this. Trying to chose his words carefully.  Did a tear fall?  It must be scary if it caused that.  “Are you cry-” He paused.  Not the best thing to say,  Nigel never thought he’d see Reggie cry.  It was the last thing he’d expect.  He couldn’t stand to see his friend in such state.  The mission was no longer important.  “How many days?”

“I- I- I’m not crying.”  It was a tear.  lies.  Reggie was normally tougher than that.  Why so soft now?  No winning here. Nigel caught on.  At least, he was one of the few people she could trust with this situation.  Why try to hide this?  Adulthood was that scary.  Growing up was one of her biggest fears, Deep sigh.  “I got 2 weeks.”  Wow that sounded like she was dying.  Scary. She didn’t want Nigel to worry.  “Don’t worry about me... Just promise me, you’ll live your childhood to the fullest.  You have many years ahead. You’re safe.”
