“Vibration” is a piece that continues my work creating dynamic metal floral sculptures. The reeds stand at the edge of the water, growing through discarded gears and bearings that it has incorporated into itself. The springs I added to the reed structure allow the piece to vibrate at the slightest touch. It is as though there is a breeze blowing across the water.  Date Created: July 2011
