Peter was mildly relieved upon seeing that his webbing had stuck to the man a little. He tried again, shooting more than what he usually would towards him. He had to be sure that Electro couldn’t move and he had to find a power source big enough to surge and explode. “Just take it easy, big guy. I don’t want to hurt you…we just-you need to settle down. That’s all I ask.”

Max glared, but stopped struggling against the webbing, but made sure his electricity was at ready to fry the web, just in case anything were to happen. He made sure the Spider knew he was in the webbing, only because he was confused as to what the other would want. He nearly killed him last time, and now he just wanted to talk? "Explain!"

He could see the man change his form and that only worried him all the more. Yet he remembered his web shooters were at least charged the right way, not at risk of getting shorted out any time soon so he had some kind of defense. Peter saw the lightening coming as he was still in mid swing. He only barely dodged it, feeling the heat against his skin as he did so. Panting, Peter threw himself forward again, shooting many of his webs in the direction of the villain. He had to find a shortage, some other source of power to overload him if he had any chance of surviving. But how? Where? “Aww, Sparkles, you like me! You really really like me!”

Max jerked, momentarily distracted by the jab, what? "That was the past, Spider-Man! Just leave me alone!" One of the webs caught his wrist, pinning it against one of the walls. He growled with frustration, damn it! Why couldn't he be stronger? Why couldn't he ever be enough? "Go, away!"

"Because the Maury episode is a repeat?” Harry shrugged his shoulders, wandering back to the couch empty handed. "Out of luck. My tapes are gone. Dad probably tossed them.”

Max paused, watched as Harry returned to the couch. Why was he trying to find something Max wanted, almost without question? He didn't question it, wasn't often someone did something nice now. "Pick something different."

"Does that show even run anymore? Maybe I have tapes from when I was younger—” Harry huffed, getting up from the couch and wandering towards the cabinets.

He was quiet, and watched Harry mull around the home looking for something he-- Wait, Harry Osborn was looking around his home for something Max wanted to watch? "Why are you doing this?"

Peter rolled his eyes, having tuned out most of his rantings already. It was usually the same mumbo jumbo anyway, the whole, take over this, take over that, aren’t I the best there ever was? He’d heard it all before and quite frankly he expected someone like Electro to come up with a better line. “Actually, I was hoping we could set up an online dating profile together, you know, have a little heart to heart, tell each other our dirtiest secrets and then share a low calorie breakfast on Coney island, but hey that’s just me.” He shrugged before launching into action, swinging head first at the blue villain, hoping to knock some sense into him.

Max sneered,changing into a form of pure electricity to avoid the advancing attack. Looked like no matter what his form, people were never going to listen to him. His rage surged, and he sent a bolt of -- what looked like -- lightening toward the hero. "You're gonna try and kill me, Spider-Man..? Good luck this time!" It was petulant, but he couldn't help but taunt the Spider. There was a time where he would be ecstatic to be in the same room as him, but now? Now he just wanted to be alone.

Harry loved to watch Maury. Out of all the TV shows he was addicted to, it was his favorite. He just liked to watch people get into cat fights and argue over who the “baby daddy” was. That’s what they get for sleeping with everyone. — Irresponsibly.

"Good. I think I missed last week’s episode.”

Max groaned, letting his head fall back against the couch. Who would've thought one of the richest men in the world would watch this show of all things. Max? He couldn't stand it. "How unfortunate."

"Thanks. Alright, which show is this? House Wives? Breaking Amish? Maury?”

Max looked to the tv seeing that it was indeed, Maury. He inwardly groaned. The TV turned to static, and quickly changed back to the station. "Looks like Maury." Curt and to the point, like always after the accident.

"Because I need you and we can watch Reality TV? We can make fun of stupid people and their decisions.”

"..Fine." One second he was gone, and the next he was seated on the couch tastefully away from Harry.
