My heart was feeling somewhat strange, it's been a long, hot day, and I decided to record. I did some light exercise, although it was abnormally slow and forceful compared to its usual pace, barely ~120 bpm, before I laid down flay on my back

My heart really didn't like that. After hard skip, it completely stopped in my chest for 3 whole seconds, pumped out two weak beats, then stopped still once again. After this, it kickstarted itself back into rhythm, though continued beating hard for the rest of the clip.

Now that you mention it, I don't believe I ever made an official post in celebration of reaching 500 followers. 500 is such an unbelievable amount, so I think you are all due for an extra special recording. Here's my heart on full display, racing after some light cardio, pumping out of my chest for all to see. Towards the end, I even try for some reactions with a couple pushes.

Unfortunately, the audio kinda sucks in the first half of the recording, although I think this time, the visuals more than make up for it. 🫀

LAST ONE is the most irregular after the breath hold. It was a very unexpected reaction, it's very rare it did that, so I was lucky to catch that, it was very unexpected. Sorry for the quality 😅

The slowest my heart has ever beat! ( ~30bpm )

I was going through my YouTube account ( I have some videos there, but I really don't ever post ), and I realized that I had never posted one of my favorite recordings from there onto my Tumblr. In this audio, I applied light pressure to both of my carotid's with my thumbs, causing it to drastically slow down. Within seconds, my heart slows from an excited ~100 bpm, all the way down to around 30! At ~20 seconds in, I begin pressing down onto my arteries. At first, my heart speeds against the pressure, although it slowly and steadily begins to slow down as it fails to pump blood efficiently.

Eventually, at its slowest, my heart pauses for 3 entire seconds between each beat! When I finally release at ~1:00, the sudden change causes it to skip a fair amount. Once more, at about the 2-minute mark, I press down again, causing another fairly similar reaction.
