I've only been using it for a day, but in all seriousness it's probably the longest I've gone without a cigarette since I can remember. The kit plus three bottles of juice costs less than what I spend on cigarettes in about 4 or 5 days, so I'm making an effort not to smoke for that long so that it "pays for itself."
